I dealt with Charlotte and Connor will I was getting my new car with S G Petch I really couldn't of asked for a nicer couple off people they have been outstanding from start to Finnish so pleased I was looked after by both of these lovely members the S G PETCH team thankyou so much Charlotte and Connor.

Always a warm and friendly welcome when l take my car for its service, everything is explained especially if having a courtesy car and always kept up to date with progress, also they send a video of the underside of the car describing tyres, suspension etc a great help and the car has a full valet before collection cannot be faulted.

Molly at service reception was friendly and extremely professional while processing the booking, arrival and collection of my car - a pleasure to deal with👍

Just collected my first EV from SG Petch Darlington and as usual it was a first rate experience from the initial contact right through to collection. Ryan, once again, excelled at taking me through all aspects relating to the sale and his careful hands on delivery ensured that I left the franchise feeling confident with what was a completely different vehicle to what I had experience of previously. Ryan always goes that extra mile with his customer service and I would highly recommend purchasing a car, used or brand new, from him and SG Petch.

Bought a BYD atto 2 from Darlington branch. Very professional and friendly staff.

The helpful lady on the desk who checked my car in was attentive and listened to my needs concerning my service.
Nothing was too much trouble and she was a pleasure to deal with in the early morning.

This is the 2nd car I've bought from the SG Petch Durham branch in the last 4 years. Both times I've dealt with Sales Executive Ray Yates. This time there were a few small issues with my purchase, but Ray as ever, true to his word had them sorted out.
Ray is a credit to the company, a pleasure and highly recommend to deal with. All other staff I've had contact with have been extremely professional and courteous. I'll definitely be back for my next purchase.

Friendly staff.
A bit frustrated at the poor communication regarding car details and handover.
Deposit paid and then two days after we had the car, the deposit was refunded somehow and an email asking us to resend the deposit.
Happy with my car.

No work required on car and MOT passed.
Feedback in terms of video of under car inspection not provided as had been in previous years.

Had booked a loan car but was informed none available thirty minutes before the appointment. Fortunately I did not need to use a car on the day but that was luck rather than expected.

It was a pleasure having Keeley Young look after me in such desperate times when my car died on me. Keeley was very good and thorough throughout the process. I managed to test drive several cars and purchased one within 3 days picking it up the following week. If it wasn’t for Keeley being so accessible and productive this would not have happened. I lost faith with SG Petch a few years back after a stressful time with my last car and the poor job by the service team. But Keeley has restored that faith and I am now happily driving around in my new Kia 😁
