Seymours Estate Agents Anmeldelser

From the to the completion Darren, James and the team made it a joy to work with.
Nothing was too much trouble and I was very impressed.
Having sold quite a number of houses via my company I can say Seymour’s at Grayshott are the best I’ve worked with

We recently had the fortune of being shown around a beautiful bungalow by Ben and lucky enough to have our offer accepted. Ben did all the work in getting us to this stage so now we’re just going through the process and hoping for a very smooth sale / purchase. Thank you Ben

The team were prompt in their responses and had a good initial experience with Chris. Chris listened to our requirements and shared information about a property yet to hit the market, which we subsequently viewed and made an offer on. Having someone to take this initiative was key and we were very pleased with the result.

Aaron and Georgia make a wonderful team and they couldn't have been more helpful . Highly recommended and a pleasure to deal with .

Excellent service. Staff very professional and responsive.

The whole team been amazing. We would 100% recommend them as they have been fantastic both selling our property and finding our dream home. They have been honest, reliable and so helpful and we really appreciate all their hard work. A special mention goes to Georgia who could not have done more for us and has made the whole process that little bit easier so thank you.

Very friendly and professional

Used Seymour’s in the past , felt let down with poor foot fall , and encouraged to drop price below minimum selling price.

Extremely professional agents which a friendly and warm approach.

The team at Lightwater Seymours really stood out for us as buyers. They are all lovely, friendly and professional agents and we found ourselves wanting to buy a house through them over other agents. Luke was outstanding - a thoroughly nice, genuine person and very trustworthy. Really nice team there :-)

Ian from Seymours in Knaphill was invaluable in helping us find our first home. He suggested viewing a property that had just come back on the market and perfectly met our criteria. Throughout the process, they have communicated with the seller on our behalf, ensuring everything was agreed smoothly. The team was always just a phone call away and happy to help in any way they could. Thank you, Ian and Seymours, for your support!

Andy made a great impression and I'm very glad to have gone with Seymours to sell my property! The whole team were excellent to work with. Communication was great and the whole process was very easy and stress free. Thanks again!

Great service given by all ... shout out for Spencer who was totally committed to selling my property which he did ... within 6 weeks!

Amazing service from Alex, Jonny and Luke at Seymour’s in Lightwater. I cannot express how well this team have looked after us throughout the process. It has been long and difficult (not due to any fault of their own) but they were persistently reassuring and upbeat which has led to finding a buyer. Thank you again we couldn’t have done it without you. I would highly recommended.

Seynours were a pleasure to deal with. The staff Daren, James & Sarah were polite, prompt to advise of any prospective purchasers and reply to any queries, very efficient.
I would definitely recommend.

We have used Seymours (Horsell Village) multiple times over the past 12 or so years - moving 3 times within the same village and most recently helping my in-laws to move here.

For each engagement i have felt that Seymours have gone the extra mile in terms of facilitating the move, communication and follow through.

For Seymours it’s all about building longstanding relationships which benefit both them and their clients.

Would happily recommend them :)

Fast and efficient, understood there client well and pitched in to expedite the move.
