Paid them $853 for unlimited monthly - Bait and Switched on Me
I was on their pro plan because they said my usage exceeded the monthly quota. I setup api use with webhooks for tracking analytics. Then they said I exceeded the pro service amount of emails sent 100k, and recommended I switch to a prepaid annual amount of 1,000,000 emails annually with no monthly restrictions. Perfect, so I thought. I gave them $853 prepaid and then when I went to check my webhook settings, they told me I needed to have at least the pro montly account on top of the $850 I already gave them. Nothing but bait and switch! Stay away, they have terrible customer service and don't really care if you give them business. I switched over to SMTP2GO and much simpler setup and also includes sms with your paid accounts.

To clarify, webhook access is included with our Pro monthly plans, but it is not included with the Resell package(pay as you go plans). The prepaid 1,000,000 email plan covers sending volume without monthly limits, however certain advanced features — including webhooks — remain tied to active Pro subscriptions.
We sincerely apologize if this was not communicated clearly before your upgrade. That is never our intention. We understand how important webhook tracking is for analytics workflows, and we should have ensured the feature differences were fully explained upfront.

I purchased a Pro plan just two days ago after being assured by an agent named Abdullah that their service was “the best.” At first, the SMTP connected successfully to my sending app, so I thought everything was fine.
But when I started running simple test emails (blank messages with “test” in the subject), every single one went straight to Gmail’s spam folder. I tried different words and formats, but nothing worked.
When I contacted support, I discovered my DNS records had mysteriously been deleted. I had to redo everything and wait for propagation. After that, I reached out again—no response. I kept trying over and over, only to finally be told my account was blocked, my plan cancelled, and that I shouldn’t expect any refund.
So now I’m out $134 with nothing to show for it. No working service, no support, no refund.
TurboSMTP sold me a promise, took my money, and then shut me down. In my experience, this is nothing short of a scam.

Account chiuso senza motivazioni
Dopo qualche giorno di inutilizzo, provo a fare l'accesso sulla piattaforma per ampliare il mio piano, in quanto TurboSMTP sembrava effettivamente una buona soluzione. Sorpresa, mentre pago mi informa che il mio account è stato disabilitato per "modalità inaccettabili di invio". Badate bene che abbiamo acquistato il servizio specificatamente per inviare email massive da una piattaforma di nostra proprietà e in totale ne siamo riusciti a inviare solo 200. Se volete chiarire la vostra posizione, ve ne sarei grato, dato che la vostra assistenza non ha voluto elaborare. Grazie mille.
