Ho avuto un’esperienza estremamente positiva con Antonio Cennamo e con il supporto di ServerSMTP / TurboSMTP.
Per un problema di server ho ricevuto assistenza disponibile anche di Sabato sera alle ore 21:00 e questo non è da poco.
Nonostante una situazione critica e complessa causata da un grave disservizio infrastrutturale, Antonio si è dimostrato sempre presente, disponibile e soprattutto professionale. Ha seguito ogni fase dell’assistenza con grande attenzione, fornendo aggiornamenti continui, risposte rapide e un supporto concreto anche fuori dagli standard abituali.
Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la trasparenza nella comunicazione, la capacità di gestione dell’emergenza e la volontà reale di aiutare il cliente a riprendere rapidamente l’operatività. Un gesto molto apprezzato è stato anche l’accredito straordinario di invii per supportare la nostra attività durante il periodo critico.
È raro trovare un’assistenza clienti così attenta, umana ed efficiente.

Subscription cancelled right after purchase, refund denied
I purchased a 100K plan from TurboSMTP for $29.95 to set up an email campaign for a client. After completing the payment and configuring the SMTP, the account was suddenly closed after sending only a small number of emails.
Most of those emails were simply test messages to verify that the setup was working correctly. Shortly after that, the subscription was cancelled and I was informed that the activity did not align with their terms of service.
I contacted support to understand the reason and requested either account reactivation or a refund. Unfortunately, the request for a refund was declined.
Because the service was cancelled almost immediately after purchase, I was unable to use the plan I paid for. This situation also caused issues with my client project.
I hope the company can improve transparency and communication regarding account closures so that customers clearly understand what went wrong.

Paid for TurboSMTP but subscription cancelled – No refund, client work affected
I purchased the TurboSMTP 100k plan ($29.95 USD) on 05/03/2026 for a client campaign. Immediately after payment, my subscription was cancelled after sending only 12 emails, 9 of which were test emails to verify the setup.
I contacted TurboSMTP support and provided full details, requesting either a reactivation or a refund. Despite clear explanation, they refused the refund, citing “terms and conditions violation,” without giving a clear or valid reason.
This sudden cancellation not only prevented me from completing legitimate client work but also negatively impacted my professional reputation.
I am sharing this experience as a caution for anyone considering TurboSMTP, especially for new accounts or client campaigns. Proceed with care and ensure you fully understand their terms before paying.
