I had a very bad experience with…
I had a very bad experience with TurboSMTP support. Yesterday I spoke with one agent who was helpful and guided me through the setup process. But today, the agent who answered my questions was unprofessional and not helpful at all. I kept asking where to add the sender email, sent screenshots, and explained the issue, but instead of properly guiding me, they repeated the same generic instructions without solving anything. I wasted almost 2 hours trying to configure something simple, and the support agent showed no real effort to help. Very disappointing experience.

Du vol ! J’ai pris un abonnement pour 1 an à 149e en payant par paypal, depuis aucun en cours. Plusieurs relance envers le sav ils me disent que je n’est aucun abonnement. Alors que mon compte a bien été débité vous ne me verrez plus je vais pas vous faire de la bonne pub. Le sav est vraiment aléatoire ne compté pas dessus si vous avez un problème allez ailleurs mais pas chez eux

I signed up and paid for turboSMTP, but before I could even send a single email, my account was banned — less than 30 minutes after payment. No clear explanation, no warning, and no support resolution. I never even got the chance to use what I paid for. Very disappointing experience. Not recommended!
