Leather sofas and chair
Waited months for leather 2 seater.3 seater and chair . Delivery men were excellent very polite helpful put them together quickly but had been sent the wrong feet for 2 seater so now have to wait another couple of weeks to have new ones sent . After paying all that money you would expect it to be perfect . So disappointed.

First of all I apologise sincerely that your sofa has arrived with the incorrect feet attached. I can completely understand just how frustrating this must be for you as is not the experience that we would expect for our customers.
I can confirm that the new feet have been placed on order with the supplier and you will be contacted as soon as these are ready to be fitted.

The delivery was on time. The delivery men were very courteous and careful . They placed my sofas exactly where I wanted them. We are extremely pleased with our new sofas.

When we walked in we were met by a…
When we walked in we were met by a lovely assistant named Andy.
He was very helpful and knowledgeable, he explained the history / function of each suite we looked at.
We needed up buying a new suite and are now awaiting delivery.

John in the Swansea store was great…
John in the Swansea store was great serving us and answering all our questions. It would have been great to get a firmer delivery date in order to plan for it but all in all a good experience.
After writing this review I received a response from their social media team saying the delay was because the sofa had to be ‘made to order’ which was a strange thing to say as we were buying the actual sofa from the store as they needed display space according to John. It appears no one took the time to understand my comments and simply responded with what appears to be a standard response. Dropped to 3* because of this.

Great service experience from Poltronesofa
It was very comfortable walking around the shop to choose the items,everything was explained very clearly about the payment process. The company also gave updates on when delivery was due. The two delivery boys were very good polite and very professional, so all in all a very very good experience.
