Great staff really helpful not pushy can browse at your own pace thanks

Helpful and patient with me, although was told it came in 2 parts. On arrival it was just 1 piece, the delivery men didn't think it would get through the door as I live in a park home, but their perseverance got it in unharmed. Other than that, very pleased, and love my sofa.

Excellent service. We were kept updated about the time they were arriving. Marius and his colleague were very polite. Didn't take long to put it all together. Very pleased. Really comfortable. Would differently recommend to family and friends.

The store is a well planned and kept place to view the furniture. We were greeted by Alan who also assisted with our purchase and was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. We did change our minds and return to store to look at our chosen sofas in leather and was assisted by a pleasant lady but unfortunately we cannot remember her name. We haven't received our sofas yet so cannot comment further.

We were kept well informed as to the delivery and the team who delivered were really good, the furniture was placed where we wanted it and Marin and Attila wre friendly.

I realised a week after I ordered the sofa that I'd ordered the wrong facing side. I went straight to the store to ask if I could change the sides but, was told that there is only a 72 hour window in which to make any changes and was advised that my sofa had already gone to production so, as a result this doesnt look right in my lounge.
It's a very well made quality sofa and I realise this was my error in the first place.

In store experience was excellent. Delivery time was as forecast and the delivery arrived in the time estimated on the day. Efficiently assembled and all packaging removed. Recommended.
