They arrived on time, polite and friendly. Couldn't have asked for better service. Would definitely recommend.

Original sales experience excellent, but long wait for delivery was disappointing, when sofa arrived, installation was smooth and men polite. However, media consul hasn’t worked at all.Again very disappointing and annoying! Contact with staff originally was positive but when had to make several more calls to be told engineers wait for parts could take 12 weeks, heartbreaking!

Delivery team impeccable in their timing, communication, politeness and cleanliness.

After having trouble with the delivery van, the depot organised a back up vehicle. This caused a delay on the delivery time quoted. However, we were informed of the later arrival time and with the offer of glasses of water all round the three delivery men completed the job quickly and efficiently.

Apart from a glitch in which the lead for the sofa wasn’t connected properly and therefore the recliners didn’t work I did email your customer care about it then I checked and realised part of the lead to come undone. I reconnected it is working fine. I’m very very happy. The guys were very efficient and touched up after themselves thank you very much.

Lady that served us was so lovely.
First we had a gentleman that was not great in a rush and could not be bothered.
Then we went back because this lady served my daughter and I wanted her she was patient and good this was In Harlow shop

Every thing went although a little pushy but we were there to buy a suite so didn’t mind to much . Then at the till there was trouble with tablets thay were using one woked the other one played up our order was started on one then transferred to the other we found out later that my husband’s name is wrong and his phone number you have used the wrong name it’s Ronald not Wrren it has caused us to have to prove who we are when the delivery Was due we only found out of this we poped into the shop to ask about the delivery under my husbands name there was no order
The shop eventually sorted it but they obviously had ent If we have any problems with the suit we will have a problem with trying to prove again your service is very poor on customer service.

Your staff was extremely knowledgeable, specially Hamza he did not rush us he explained everything measurements delivery. You are very lucky to have stuff like that. very professional, I would recommend your company.
