Original sales experience excellent, but long wait for delivery was disappointing, when sofa arrived, installation was smooth and men polite. However, media consul hasn’t worked at all.Again very disappointing and annoying! Contact with staff originally was positive but when had to make several more calls to be told engineers wait for parts could take 12 weeks, heartbreaking!

I am very sorry to read about the concerns that have been raised with your furniture and can completely understand how disappointing it must be for you.
This has been raised with the technicians at Emmiera, and the required part is on order however I apologise that the lead time is longer that we both may have hoped for, rest assured that as soon as the part is available Emmiera will be in touch to resolve.
I can see that a refund has been agreed also which will be actioned once the repair has been completed, and you are happy that this is rectified.

Service at the store (Harlow) was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff.
Delivery and installation was excellent. We were kept well informed on the day of the delivery, although this was rescheduled from the original date due to "technical difficulties"! Great service from the delivery team
Online account once order placed was not great!

After having trouble with the delivery…
After having trouble with the delivery van, the depot organised a back up vehicle. This caused a delay on the delivery time quoted. However, we were informed of the later arrival time and with the offer of glasses of water all round the three delivery men completed the job quickly and efficiently.
Well done the lads. I am an ex transport manager for a department store and I know what this service to customers is all about. Thank you. A J Baggie

Apart from a glitch in which the lead for the sofa wasn’t connected properly and therefore the recliners didn’t work I did email your customer care about it then I checked and realised part of the lead to come undone. I reconnected it is working fine. I’m very very happy. The guys were very efficient and touched up after themselves thank you very much.
