Bought one of the screens to use as wall art in our dining room and it's stunning. The pattern creates lovely shadows when the light hits it. Everyone who visits comments on it straightaway.

I ordered 10 screens in Nov 24, having listened to excuses about delivery problems, I finally requested a refund in March 25, I was emailed by someone in the company who said they cannot refund my card, and could only do the refund to my bank account via Revolut. I was emailed a supposed proof of transfer via Revolut and 6 weeks later I have still not received the funds and am not getting no response from the company, I am certain at this time Screen with Envy is running a scam, and I urge anyone who is thinking of buying anything from them not to do it. Like others in the thread I have order off this company before. I had no problems previously, however this time it's been an absolute nightmare.

I ordered a screen in black, originally wanted cream but no one could confirm when they will be in stock.
I ordered this on the 9th April and still not had a shipping date. I have to emails for updates, they haven't been forthcoming with any updates, stories have gone from not having a courier anymore as they can't ship this size.
The latest is they are moving stock from one distribution centre to another, however this seems to be a waste of time. Why move stock to ship, just ship the stock that's been ordered and then move what's left???

I've offered to collect, apparently not possible. I've asked why they haven't updated there website with the lead times on shipping to save other customers this headache. Didn't receive a reply!

There products are good, but not sure they are worth the wait, especially if your living without no fence or gate!

Had these up for over two years now in all sorts of British weather. Haven't had to do a thing to them unlike my neighbour's wooden fence that needs treating every summer.

These screens have made such a difference to our previously boring back garden. The pattern looks beautiful when the afternoon sun shines through it - creates lovely shadows. Installation was a bit fiddly but nothing too difficult for an average DIYer like me. Had them up for 6 months now through autumn and winter with no problems at all.

I don’t believe any of the recent reviews. I ordered screens over six weeks ago with a two week delivery.

I’ve repeatedly asked for a delivery date and been fobbed off. Extraordinarily today I was given a rubbish story about their delivery company being unable to deliver large parcels so they’re looking for another.

Well that’s interesting as the reviews in the last few days clearly had goods delivered. It they’re telling the truth. So it begs the question, who is telling the truth here.

Anyway, I’ve asked for a refund and if that’s not forthcoming, I’ll get it refunded from the credit card. And then go to Luxury Screens who say two week delivery but they arrived in five days.

Finally bit the bullet and ordered the large screens after months of deliberating. They've completely transformed our overlooked garden. Can't believe I hesitated over the price as they're clearly going to last for years but I took advantage of a special offer to get them at a bargain price.

These screens have totally transformed our boring old garden. I was worried about fitting them myself but it was dead simple in the end. The material feels really sturdy and hasn't faded at all despite the typical British weather we've had. My sister liked them so much she's ordered some for her new house too.

Something has clearly changed with this company. I placed my 3rd order on 24th March with estimated delivery date of 14 to 21 days. I have still not received it. I followed up on 11th and 21st April and got prompt, helpful responses with a hopeful date I would receive by end April. I've emailed twice in 1st week of May and again yesterday and today and not received any replies. There are no agents available on the webchat either. Very concerning.

Was really impressed with how quickly my order arrived. Everything was perfectly packed with no damage at all.

The Moucharabiya screens cost a bit more than I'd planned to spend but they're worth it. You can tell they're quality as soon as you take them out the box. I've had them for over a year now and they still look as good as new despite being outside in all sorts of weather. Brilliant product that I recommend to all my mates.

Bought three small screens to create a nice area around our garden bench. They were simple to position and connect together. Amazing how such a small change has made the garden feel much more luxurious.

Put up the pergola last weekend and what a difference it's made to our boring patio. It was a bit of a faff to construct but the instructions were clear enough. Already planning our first garden party to show it off!

Been looking everywhere for decent garden dividers that don't look naff. These Kerplunk screens are beautiful and really solid - not flimsy like others I've seen. They've survived some pretty shocking weather already without any issues whatsoever. I'm thinking of getting more for the front garden now as they're so lovely.

Got a couple of these planters last autumn for the front of our house. They've survived the winter brilliantly with no signs of damage. The neighbours have been asking where we got them from!

After weeks of looking at boring fencing options, I stumbled across the Alhambra design and thought I'd give it a go. It's like having proper artwork in the garden - so much nicer than standard panels. Installation wasn't too taxing and the screens feel very sturdy indeed. Everyone who visits can't help but comment on how smart they look.
