Great job
Lockdown stretched our wifi to the limits, 2 workers, a uni student and two school kids all on it at the same time with standard BT kit. We all kept getting kicked out, now with the Draytek kit, all the old problems have been solved. Henry, the engineer was great, neat, tidy and explained everything well.

Exceptional service & support from start to finish
following our tender for a new phone system replacing an old analogue system with a new digital exchange with over 100 extensions; not a small project, SBC were selected on the basis of their technical solution and on their professional approach, they actually listened to what we wanted rather than told us what we needed which so many others do. SBC went above and beyond, excellent sales and engineering team. The whole project from start to finish was seamless we could not have asked for more. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any project regardless of size.

SBC are easy to recommend
SBC have been nice people to work with - both because they're nice people but they also do good job. The VOIP softphone system we installed has a huge range of options so there was a while to get our heads around a set up that worked for us. SBC were patient and helpful throughout.

Highly Recommend For All Your Communication Needs
We have had the pleasure of working with SBC now for many years and in all those years they have developed a great understanding of our communication needs. We have entrusted SBC with all of our contracts for Comms. including Mobile Contract, Landline & broadband services. They have also replaced our phone system for us in recent times. SBC fantastic service and great problem solving. Best thing: no wrestling with a call center when hitches occur you get to talk to an expert not someone reading from a script. Been using them for ten years plus and I can't recommend them highly enough.five stars not enough in my view.

I have been using SBC for over 15 years…
I have been using SBC for over 15 years and they have always replaced my phones with the least expensive newer models and made sure that the contract I use is the most appropriate. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, particularly Ian, who has been my main point of contact all that time. I would not hesitate from recommending SBC to anyone who needs help with their choice of phone and/or contract.
