Great telephone support...
Well I had to call support. They were absolutely as helpful as they could have been. I traded several back and forward calls with Rachel, ans she was so pleasent to deal with. So much so, that I called Rachel back afterwards, to thank her for her patience and assistance with me. As we are new clients, this gives us great reassurance going forward.
I cannot thank Jack Meeke of Yellowcom…
I cannot thank Jack Meeke of Yellowcom enough for the care and help he gave me this past week. My broadband/wifi was dropping numerous times during the day for the past week and he was always at the end of the phone helping me to sort it out. He checked in with me a couple of times a day to see how it was going and chased up the engineers every time I called. I don't think I've come across support like it in the past. Cannot recommend them enough!
Yellowcom service…
Yellowcom have lived up to their promises and have provided everything they promised on time and when issues arise they are quickly on hand to support us. The engineers are always helpful and professional as are the team in the HQ. Our system gives little bother and has been a huge asset to the communication and safeguarding in school as staff are all now connected to each other. The digital switch over was seamless and we appreciate their service.

I contacted Yellowcom support today and was assisted by Harry. The issue that I needed sorting had been irritating us for a few weeks and we were concerned that there may not be a simple solution. Harry was able to get to grips with the issue without any fuss. After a few calls back and forth the issue was resolved perfectly.

We recently signed up for the Starlink Broadband with Yellowcom and have had a pleasant experience so far.
Stephan initially got in contact with us and sold us the product. He was clear and helpful through the process.
Remus handled the installation efficiently and ensured that everything was set up smoothly and working perfectly.
Kyle and Gerard assisted us even after installation. We had the internet go down for a brief moment and they were extremely helpful when assisting us and helping us resolve the problem quickly and get us back online without a hassle.
Overall, the team has provided excellent service!

We’ve had a great experience with Yellowcom. Keely was extremely efficient in handling our account. She quickly managed the contract porting where needed, amending any subscriptions and numbers, and made sure we had all the information required throughout the process.
Everything was dealt with promptly and professionally, which made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. I would certainly recommend their service.
