Sandra Davidson Estate Agents Anmeldelser

UPDATE Despite making many complaints about my inspections not being carried out here we are another month where it's not been carried out and absolutely no explanation as to why!!!!!!

You would think they would actually have the common courtesy to keep on top of this being as I am consistently chasing this! Particularly as I DO NOT want my flat to end up in the disrepair they allowed the previous tenants to get it into!

Am getting increasingly frustrated with the incompetence of the staff at this company!

Month after month I am having to chase my property inspection and because of this the last tenants were left to ruin my property!

When they do finally send me an update after me chasing for weeks, dates are wrong and they have sat on it for weeks.

Not impressed at all, would not recommend their guaranteed rent scheme!

I have been dealing with Sandra Davidson letting office in Redbridge Found them to be very approachable and helpful moved one of my property back to Sandra Davidson following my present agent ceasing trade. The letting manager, Hamza very helpful, gave clear guidance, assisted and moved matters on promptly. Approachable, professional and resolved matter with ease. Thank you.

My experience with Sandra Davidson has been brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their home. Both Lesley and Riz worked really hard to help me sell my home. Riz was so great arranging viewings and keeping us positive after a couple of offers fell through and then Lesley ensured that everyone was doing what they needed to throughout the chain. Her communication and advice were excellent right till the end. Now we have completed and moved into our new place we couldn’t be happier so, many thanks to Lesley and Riz 🤩.

Great experience from A to Z. Lesley did a great job by being a transparent and timely intermediary between the buyer and the seller. Would definitely recommend!

Monty, branch manager, went above and beyond to provide the highest level of customer service. He dealt with a sensitive and complex sale that used his natural diplomatic skills to navigate through to completion with patience and understanding. Lesley, sales progressor, also provided excellent customer relations and between them, helped smooth the process.

Our property has been managed by Sandra Davidson for 5 years. There has been no problem at all during these 5 years.
We are very satisfied with their service, especially Hamza Safdar. His service attitude is very good, very friendly and very satisfied.
We will introduce more friends and hand over the property management to them.the best estate agent 。

We have just exchanged on a house listed by Sandra Davidson. The transaction was complicated and only went through successfully as a result of the tireless efforts of Lesley, their Senior Property Advisor. In reality without her hard work wrangling and chasing the seller’s solicitor the transaction would have fallen through. Instead, we’re now looking forward to completing on our new home ❤️

Lesley and the whole team have provided exemplary service. With regular updates, advice and feedback throughout the whole sale process.
Always available, easy to contact and speak with.
Would highly recommend using Sandra Davidson.

Monty at Sandra Davidson was really helpful and kept me alerted what was happening when I was selling a house for the first time in my life. Give him a call!!!

Our 5th time using Sandra Davidson for selling a property, amazing team at the Redbridge office archiving great results.

From the offer made on our property to the actual completion a total of c18 months, Sandra Davidson have been supportive and pro-active in helping to progress the sale of our property. Monty and his team have been exceptional in providing feedback on the numerous viewings that they arranged. Additionally, Lesley Putnam, Sales Progressor, lived up to her title! She lived through and advised on the many issues of our difficult sale with professionalism and humanity. Lesley was always contactable and returned calls promptly and more importantly, she understood the nuances of our issues and never shied away from being truthful and was always realistic in managing our expectations. We cannot thank her enough.
Sandra Davidson is a diamond amongst a slew of pebbles. Thank you so much for all your help.

I cannot commend the Sandra Davidson team and in particular Leslie Putnam enough. We had a difficult and protracted sale with many unexpected hitches and pitfalls which went on for well over 2 years and through it all Lesley fought to keep things on track, many a time preempting the issues and dealing with them before we even highlighted what needed to be done, taking the pressure off the intense negotiations. I'm so pleased to say we finally completed today, thanks to Lesley and her diligent efforts. Amazing work, we will always recommend Sandra Davidson in the future. We vote Lesley for Prime Minister!!!!!! - Go Lesley, Go! Thank you so so much xxx

From initially meeting them to selling our home they have been fantastic.
Zaid, Riz, we're great at setting up viewings, answering questions and keeping us updated with all the information we asked them. Throughout the whole process they have been honest and helped us. We got emails and text messages for every viewing we had, they carried out multiple showings and showed off our home.
Lesley was our point of contact after finding our buyer and again she was brilliant. She was professional, she answered all the questions we had, she kept us up to date with everything and would call us with immediate information sometimes 3 to 4 times a day.
She was liaising with all the estate agents and solicitors when we got to exchange contracts, she kept us updated throughout this process.
What a team, hats off to you all. Thank you!!

Monty and the team at Sandra Davidson (Redbridge) were incredibly supportive throughout the onboarding process. From start to finish, including arranging significant electrical works, decorating the whole house, and completing all necessary compliance, we had our property let out through the guaranteed rent scheme in around 6 weeks!

Monty was always available to answer our questions and provided regular updates. The team's professionalism and friendly demeanor made the experience positive. We'd definitely recommend their services to anyone considering a similar arrangement.

I was impressed with Sandra Davidson as a buyer, so 9 years on they were the obvious choice when I went on the market. They quickly arranged dozens of viewing over 3 weekends and I received numerous offers. And when my buyer lost their buyer, Sandra Davidson found me another within 48 hours, which saved me from losing my purchase at the point when I was almost ready to exchange. It was a team effort, but I would have to give a special mention to Lesley, Nitan and Riz.

I have had a very good experience with Sandra Davidson green lane branch. All the staff were courteous and competent and provided communication and information promptly. They were sensitive to my situation and applied care and caution with the information and data with due diligence. Lesley particularly handled the awkward situation with care and caution in the situation facing the date of completion. Would recommend 😌👍🏼👍🏼
