Sandra Davidson Estate Agents Anmeldelser

Our sale fell through with another agency so I contacted Z and his team at Sandra Davidson to market the property. Unlike other agents in the industry, their market knowledge and efficiency were remarkable. They expedited the paperwork and got the property on the market within a day! Viewings were coordinated effectively, leading to a quick sale agreement. The entire team were proactive and worked diligently to ensure a fast, smooth and effective selling experience. From getting offers to progressing the deal to completion. They demonstrated professionalism, reliability and care consistently throughout the transaction process. If you’re looking for an estate agent who delivers outstanding service, this is the one!

The Seven Kings office managed the sale of our property, they were extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. Lesley in Sales Progression was outstanding and kept us well informed and monitored the whole process brilliantly. We would definitely recommend the Seven Kings team.

Sandra Davidson Estate Agents in Redbridge have been fantastic in helping me finalise my property purchase. They guided me through every step of the buying process with professionalism and care. Saeed, in particular, was extremely helpful — from showing me the property right through to completion. I really appreciate all the support and would definitely recommend Sandra Davidson to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Sandra Davidson made selling my home smooth and stress-free. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive throughout. I felt confident every step of the way and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Very good agents and efficient had no issues with them and kept me informed all the way.
Zaid,RIZ and Lesley all very helpful from start to finish.

Very helpful and professional, always returned calls and emails. Arranged and chaperoned viewings giving feed back afterwards. Also gave regular updates.
Would definately use again, and recommend to others.

I have been renting in London for over 10 years and I have never dealt with a more awful company than Sandra Davidson. They provide awful service, do not answer the phone, when they do they say they will call you back and they never do. I was emailing them about the washing machine being broken and it was 6 months later when they finally replaced it because they didn't reply to emails or answer the phone. They don't look after tenants, they are dishonest. Honestly save your mental health, even if you love the flat.

The Seven Kings office recently managed the sale of my property, where the professional & driven team assisted me at every stage of the sales process
A big thank you to Zaid Norat, Riz, Lesley & Asad for a job well done!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service that exceeded all expectations

I cannot recommend this estate agency highly enough. They recently helped us sell our family home and the service was absolutely exceptional.

From start to finish, the team worked tirelessly on our behalf. Both branches collaborated seamlessly throughout the process and continued supporting us even after the sale completed, showing genuine commitment.

The time and effort they invested was remarkable. Their dedication was evident in every interaction and it's clear they understand the emotional significance of selling a family home.

In particular, Muntazir's honesty and trustworthiness really stood out - qualities that are unfortunately rare in this industry. We always felt we could rely on his advice completely. Going above and beyond, he even liaised with our onward purchase agent to help ensure we secured our new home at a fair price. This level of client advocacy is truly exceptional.

If you're looking for estate agents who will work as hard for you as they did for us, look no further. Highly recommended without hesitation.

We officially completed on the purchase of our property today, a huge milestone!
A heartfelt thank you to Riz and Lesley for your unwavering support throughout the journey. Your dedication and guidance were absolutely instrumental every step of the way. Definitely recommend these guys.

Lesley - Seven Kings Branch.

The best sales progressor I have worked with over the years. Kept me in the loop since day one and diligently chased and kept things moving for my flat sale.

The seven kings team have always answered respectfully, politely and kept assuring me throughout the entire process.

Massive thank you to Lesley, Ridhwan and Nitan.

I was recommended to Sandra Davidson Seven Kings by family, and I am very pleased with the service I received. From the very beginning, the team showed great professionalism and transparency, which gave me confidence that the process was in safe hands. What impressed me most was their efficiency every stage was handled promptly and smoothly, with clear communication and proactive updates right through to completion.

The process, which can often feel stressful and time consuming, was made far more straightforward thanks to the teams organised and results driven approach. I would like to give special thanks to Nitan, Ridwan and Lesley, whose hard work, professionalism and attention to detail ensured everything progressed without unnecessary delays. They are a real credit to Sandra Davidson and reflect the high standards the company upholds.

For anyone looking for an agency that combines professionalism with efficiency and delivers results, I would have no hesitation in recommending Sandra Davidson Seven Kings.

We sold our house through Sandra Davidson. They were with us every step of the way. They kept viewings going and I liked their professionalism at all times among all staff. I would definitely recommend using them.

I was having sleepless nights at the thought of selling my flat that had been rented out for the last 30 years, and to be honest, it wasn’t looking its best.
It's fair to say I was dreading it; it was going to be very difficult, as I no longer lived locally, and the thought of walking back in there, well, you can imagine.
Anyway, I’m so glad I turned to Sandra Davidson Estate Agent, whom I had used previously, but that was 17 years ago.
So, 17 years later, a few of the original faces had changed, but not the ethos or professionalism of the company. From the initial phone call to the last, Sandra Davidson Estate Agents are very good to work with.
I would like to thank Nitan, Lesley and last but not least, Riz. Who all made selling a grubby flat much easier than I was expecting?
I’m thankful that I decided to go with Sandra Davidson Estate Agent. Do the same, and you won’t regret it!

Had a smooth experience handing back the property to the landlord, thanks to the professional support from the estate agents. Special thanks to Hamza for being super helpful and responsive throughout the process. With his assistance, everything was sorted quickly and I received my full deposit back without any issues. Much appreciated!

Excellent service from all the team throughout the whole experience. Timely and efficient responses to queries. Highly recommended.

The team at Sandra Davidson (SD) were absolutely fantastic. We’ve worked with them several times for both buying and selling, and each time, their service, professionalism, and genuine care have been exceptional.

Despite being 180 miles away during the sale, SD made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. From the moment I handed them the keys to the property to the moment they passed them on to the new buyer, they managed everything seamlessly.

Buying or selling a home is such a personal and emotional journey, and the SD team took the time to truly understand our needs, align with our timelines, and support us every step of the way.

I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again. A heartfelt thank you to Monty and Lesley for going above and beyond—your dedication made all the difference. I can’t recommend Sandra Davidson highly enough.

Was very pleased with Sandra Davison estate agents from day one , they were very professional and kept us informed all along the way. Even after the house was sold Lesley kept us up with everything , so thank you for all your work and would deffo recommend Sandra Davison to friends and family .

Sandra Davidson Estate Agents are fantastic. This is the 2nd time they have helped us sell our house. They are very professional, friendly, polite and helpful. The staff are second to none. Thank you for all you help.

Sandra Davidson at the Green Lane branch was extremely helpful in selling our property which unfortunately had a major flood during the sale. The Manager and particularly Leslie, the sales progressor, liaised with us and the buyer and kept things on track. Leslie was key in sorting things and communicating with our solicitors.
