Sandra Davidson Estate Agents Anmeldelser

From pre sales to completion, Sandra Davidson provided a near perfect role of go between for the sale of my house in IG1. Thank you Umar (redbridge branch) for a very professional valuation and sales contract and Lesley ( seven kings) who helped support me through the conveyancing and completion. I now have a very positive perception of estate agents. Best estate agency in NE London.

Great team who went above and beyond to get the purchase through to completion
Special shout out to Lesley and Umar!

I have bought three properties from Sandra Davidson, I highly recommend them without reservation, they are the leading estate agent in Ilford. A big shoutout to Muntazir and his team for their hard work.

I appreciate it!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rizwan, Lesley, and Zaid at Sandra Davidson, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Rizwan's expertise and strategic advice were instrumental in helping me make informed decisions. Lesley's meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills ensured a smooth and stress-free experience. I met Zaid at the viewing, and his insights were invaluable. They went above and beyond to meet my needs and provided valuable advice at every step. The entire team at Sandra Davidson was prompt in answering my questions or forwarding my calls to the relevant persons whenever needed. I highly recommend Rizwan, Lesley, and Zaid to anyone looking for a top-notch estate agent team.

Efficient, professional and courteous approach applied at every step of managing the sale of our property. We were kept fully informed and advised throughout via both the SD team (Umar and Lesley), and the use of the PropertyFile portal. Would certainly use again and recommend.

We have today completed on a property sold by Sandra Davidson and have once again been impressed by their professionalism.
I have used this agent before and each time they have answered queries promptly, kept us regularly informed of developments and have been polite and knowledgeable during our correspondence.
Special mention must be made to Umar who we dealt with for the majority of the sale.
Many thanks to the whole team, would not hesitate to use and recommend them again.

Excellent Service provided by Manager Hamza, If you need something done ask for him, Does not waste any time, Understanding client needs, Great at solving issues.

Very rude, mislead buyers, will solicit counter offers when having accepted your offer and have no qualms about buyers getting gazumped due to their greed, cost me thousands in lost fees, avoid like the plague as they deliberately over price properties.

I had an exceptional experience with Arbaz. From the very start of the process to the final stages, he demonstrated professionalism and expertise. His guidance was invaluable, and he kept us informed and supported throughout the entire journey. What truly sets Arbaz apart is his commitment to the interests of both the seller and the buyer, a rare quality that made the experience even more satisfying. I highly recommend Arbaz to anyone looking to buy a property.

I really recommend, respond on time and correct

We’ve been with Sandra Davidson for 6 years now, they were helpful through everything, we had a few issues but that’s mainly because of the landlord she did give us a bit of hard time, other than that agency was quick with any enquiry and getting it sorted too. Special thank you to Hamza 😄.

I found member of staff at SD - Mr Hamza Safdar very professional who knows his job very well and deals all parties / landlords & tenants even-handedly and fairly. He is exceptionally customer-friendly, politely and helpful. I wish every organisation should have advisors / consultants like Hamza. I wish Hamza further career progression and every success in his personal and professional life.

The whole team (but especially Monty and Lesley) were polite, patient and professional throughout the whole process of selling my house and downsizing. Monty was particularly helpful in assisting with finding and viewing a new property. Can't recommend Sandra Davidson highly enough. Thank you!

Responsive, helpful and honest

It was excellent experience and very helpful

I would 100% recommend this company to both buyers and sellers. From the very beginning through to the end of our sale and beyond every member of staff have been polite courteous and very professional. We were kept informed of our sale at every stage and I truly couldn't recommend them highly enough

I can’t recommend Sandra Davidson enough!!! after a bad experience with another estate agent, The Staff at Sandra Davidson went above & beyond and knew their market & customers so well. This allowed them to be able to make sure the right applicants were sent round for the viewings and our house was sold to wonderful buyers in 4 days!!!!

Right from the very start, Zed the sales Manager knew what to say and how to calm my worries, he is a pleasure to deal with, then we spoke to Riz in the office, who is always so happy and always made me feel so much better and positive after I had spoke to him. Once the sale was agreed we dealt with Lesley, who was the most amazing support throughout the sale, through the whole process, she was always there to offer help and advice & chase solicitors and other estate agents. Knowing you have that support at such a stressful time is so important.

If you are looking to sell your property I would definitely recommend that you should contact Sandra Davidson Estate agents to book a valuation, I know everyone has different experiences, but for us, they have been amazing!!! A great sales team x

We have had a very good experience with Sandra Davidson, thanks to Rizwan and Lesley, who kept us informed and up to date during the whole process, which as first time buyers was super helpful and much appreciated!

Îs a very good person and with very good intentions

We had the pleasure of working with Lesley and Zed from Sandra Davidson Seven Kings. Our viewing of the property was great and Zed answered all our questions and once we made an offer, we were informed promptly that it had been accepted. Throughout the whole process, the team have made every effort to make it as easy as possible and the experience really shines through. Highly recommend Sandra Davidson if you are looking to buy a property in this lovely part of East London.
