We were able to look around the caravans at our leisure without any pressure from a sales person. When we were ready, we were able to get the information that we needed and then having made the decision to purchase were hand-held at each step.
Although we were not able to take up the free night offer when we collected our caravan, the option was retained for us to use at a later date

We have recently bought our 2nd motorhome from Salop, as before our salesman Dan was very professional and no hard sell or pressure to purchase, we have dealt with various team members during the purchase and would recommend Salop to family and friends especially Dan our salesman, thanks Dan you are very good at your job.

We bought our caravan 2 years ago from Salop leisure and currently store our caravan here now as well. We have had repairs and servicing done here and would definitely recommend, the staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable.

Salop are a very good company to deal with, the staff are very helpful and polite. we had a few little niggles with the Motor home but they are all resolved now. So over all a very good experience.

We had excellent service at salop leisure, all the staff are very pleasant and helpful, special thanks to Harry and , a lady don't know her name but think she is the cleaner, I'm diabetic and was having a sugar level drop she went and got me half her kitkat a big thank you for your help.

We traded in a motorhome for a tourer at Salop and received exemplary service the shop staff had a great knowledge of their products and were so willing to guide and explain even assisting fitting. Our salesman George Harris was wonderful his knowledge and patience was brilliant

Seamless transaction in our part exchange of caravan, great price for our old caravan and salesman, Dan was great to deal with, no horrid haggling, all very sincere and felt there was good rapport and trust. I love a good servicing by someone that's in the zone. Not someone out-of it on coke! As if they hire people like that.

If you are looking to purchase a static caravan then I would recommend speaking to Tanya at Salop Leisure. What a lovely lady, we wanted to purchase a static caravan but did not really know what we had to do or where to look. She searched for caravans in our budget and that suited our requirements, there was no pressure to buy, she talked us through the whole process, and I am happy to say we have purchased our first van. We are more than pleased and would highly recommend.

We purchased a Dometic awning from Salop Leisure at the NEC caravan show in February 2023.
This was a seamless process and we felt a good deal was made.
The awning arrived quite swiftly with no issues.
On our first trip out in April we found faults with the awning quality, also the roof liner didn't fit
This started many emails back and forth to Salop Leisure who liased with Dometic. Tbh it has been a catalogue of disasters with me basically doing all the work to get this sorted. The wrong roof liner was sent twice, no pick ups as promised..the list is endless. I basically did the job for them.
Dometic did replace our awning.

I can't say who was to blame, Salop Leisure or Dometic. I think probably both, however Salop Leisure were our first point of call.
We eventually received the correct roof liner but it didn't arrive in time for our holiday, the hottest days this year!
This is my experience of this company, I've never had an explanation or apology from them of the poor service Dometic apparently delivered even though this was promised.
Ps. I have repeatedly asked Salop Leisure to arrange collection of the roof liner which was incorrect. Perhaps if they see this it might prompt them.
2/8/23, Update...following this post I had an email with a sort of apology but no explanations of what went wrong. Also, that the roof liner would be arranged to be collected.
Guess what! Still got the roof liner!!

We have dealt with Salop Leisure for over 15 yrs now. Tourers, campervan and motor homes. Always a niggle or two but always sorted. Plenty of choice and options.

We bought our first caravan 2 years ago and when it had its second service they discovered damp cracks in the roof and I had a bit of a shock when they found that the pressure release pipes from you Alde boiler had never been fitted through the holes in the floor, it been in to be fixed for over 6 weeks we are very disappointed has we spent thousands on our first caravan and the response from salop been very poor.
This should never of happened being such a young van, customer service was Shocking.

We are on holiday with our motorhome and had a problem with the water pump. We called Salop leisure this morning and despite it being bank holiday and only having one service person working, they told us to bring it in and they would have a look at it. They took it in as soon as we arrived and sorted the problem within half an hour.
Very impressed with their willingness to help, despite being so busy. Thank you, Salop Leisure for saving the day!

Salop Leisure storage have been an absolute dream, we have decided to try a year on a seasonal pitch but if we find its not for us we will be back at salop storage in the blink of an eye.
Staff have been so helpful and friendly, Sian and Jean have moved mountains for us in an unfortunate emergency on a holiday.
Security is to very high standards and security guards are friendly too. I have nothing negative to say about the service we have received. I cant thank them enough

We have used the caravan storage and found our experience to be very positive. The staff and security guard are very helpful. Yes you need to be patient accessing and leaving the storage due to the security gate, but the site is very secure which gives you leave of mind. I would rather it take a little longer to come and go knowing my caravan is secure. The spaces are nice and wide. The cost is higher than some other sites but you get what you pay for. Would recommend.
