It didn't completely take the smell out of the room, but it was better than putting it out the window. You can still get some smell from the laser cutting and engraving but not too much.

When I upgrade I won't even consider using someone other than SainSmart. They went far beyond expectations!

They are a very slow with any delivery and customer service advice. There is a big leak of information in any product but the machines. I mean, the machines manuals are good but the adjustments or software info is null.
Anyway the products are excellent and finally they fix any issues.

Bought a 3030-PROVer MAX Desktop from Sainsmart and its been great. But when I upgraded the spindle the z probe stopped working. Luckily after reaching out to Sainsmart customer service they worked out the issue and sent a new modified z probe and its now working perfectly. Happy with the customer service.

I can’t express how much I love this company! Their products are amazing, and their customer service is out of this world. I’ve used several of their machines — from CNCs to laser engravers and 3D printers — and every single one has performed flawlessly. The company truly stands behind everything they sell. If any issue arises, it’s handled immediately and professionally. Absolutely love them!

Quick response and resolution to by issue.

Sainsmart was responsive to product concerns but communication is slow considering the support isn't U.S. based. Each back and forth thru email is a 24 hour process. My cnc router was nonfunctional on arrival due to an nonfunction right rail system. After several days of emails diagnosing the issue a new right rail was sent. A full rail is not light but it was shipped poorly with foam on the ends and wrapped in plastic...it arrived with a base dented and the entire rail twisted such that it couldn't be mounted. Several more emails and then another replacement rail was sent and even after telling them to ship in a box, they didn't, and it arrived damaged and unusable.

The bits came in a good amount of time. They are in a nice case to keep them when not in the router.

Order went well. Have not tried any of the product yet. They look like decent quality. Only issue was with the shipper USPS took there sweet time in delivering my package 2 days later then what they said the arrival date was sapose to be.

I was very grateful to Jamie and the team at Sainsmart for guiding me through purchasing my first CNC router. Before purchase they provided me with a lot of assistance and links to resource pages. Delivery from the UK warehouse worked perfectly. Great service.

I funded the Kickstarter and received a machine that had an error. They're super tried a couple things and simply said, ok it's got a flaw, we will send you a new one. A few weeks later a brand new Cubiko showed up at my door working perfectly.

The customer service team stayed with me through several attempts to solve my problem and finally sent a new laser replacement which is working perfectly. Great customer service.
