Pretty cool little spindle that I use for my CNC machine. Really good support, too!

I had an issue with a defective main board with my 3030 Prover Max. Customer support was very helpful and quickly dispatched a new board.

The machine works well, we did have an issue but the support team were excellent and solved the issue quickly and were very helpful.

The problem was on my end. I followed the instruction that I understood, but did not understand that there was time needed for the settings to change. In essence I feel like I contacted Customer support too soon and didn't figure it out on my own. When Customer support got back to me, they were so helpful and gracious. There was no "Try unplugging it and replugging it in" response. They worked hard to understand what I was dealing with and helped me through without making me feel belittled, it makes me want to buy more things from SainSmart because I know they back their products and care about their customers.

I purchased the product and it did exactly what I wanted it to do. After a short time it just stopped working so I contacted support and they replaced it with minimal fuss and I am waiting for it to arrive.

Purchased a CNC from Sainsmart the PROVerXL 6050 Plus. Received product very quickly and packed well. Product seems to be made very well. After setup and download of software the Controller was not working at all. Powered on but was never recognized by my computer. All ports on my computer work and was tested with other device and were recognized.
The Controller never was recognized and I reached out to Sainsmart for help thru email ( no phone number for contact).
Received a response with ideas on fixing the problem. None of it worked. Was asked to verify information. Once I verified the information I have no contact with them. I have sent 3 or four other request to have someone call me with no response from Support Team. It should never take this long for someone to reach out and stay in contact with customer experiencing difficulties. I was really hoping to get started with my New CNC all I want is some help. Most of the reviews for this company are great, one of the reasons I went with them. However they have failed this time on Customer support.
Looking forward to getting help from customer support and will gladly update this review, But for now BE AWARE !!!!
Update in review.. Sainsmart has reached out and assured me that they will replace defective part. Their customer support was one of influencing factors in buying from them. I am assured of their willingness to make things right

This company is the gold standard for customer service. Their response time coupled with the thorough answers and unwavering patience I have never seen from an online company. No matter how large or small the purchase is they are always "Johnny on the spot" to respond!

They just took care of me, no hassle, no delays. I was hesitant to contact upport on such an inexpensive machine but, when I did, it was a very positive experience! Would recommend, 10 out of 10!

We are still doing the first tests with the machine: GENMITSU PROVerXL 4030 V2 Desktop CNC
ROUTER WITH CARVECO MAKER SUBSCRIPTION but we were able to do the assembly very well with the manual. The first impression is very good.
We had some problems with the shipment (a package was delayed) and the attention from Skye from Sainsmart was excellent.

I like this company.

I had a problem my cnc router. I had very fast response to my initial e mail, it was diagnosed very quickly and spare parts sent.
It took just over 2 weeks to get it all sorted out and I am very impressed with the customer service. Well done Jamie and his team.

Great cnc bed material at a reasonable price. I am going to use them for laser jig beds.

I had problem with my Genmitsu Cubiko. After consulting my problem, they sent me a new machine. Patient, kind and nice communication. By resolving the problem they showed how they greatly care about customers. This is how it is supposed to be done!

SainSmart support is exceptional. One of the motors on my CNC router developed a strange fault and after providing support with a short video, the fault was identified and a upgraded replacement was provided. Support responded within 24 hours to the original request and a replacement was supplied within 4 days!

Great company to deal with, whether purchasing or returning an item

I ordered a replacement laser module and was very happy with how quickly it arrived. The product was well packaged, exactly as described, and worked perfectly after installation. Excellent communication and fast delivery – highly recommend SainSmart!

I ordered the SainSmart Genmitsu 4040-PRO MAX CNC Router, the Y axis will not work, doesn’t show up on the software, they claim that there is help and warranty but I can’t find either. I’ve tried all of the manufacturers troubleshooting and everything says that the motherboard is the problem. Even if I wanted to deal with it myself and buy a motherboard to fix it, even though it’s under warranty, I can’t find one. Nothing good to say. I own an expensive thing that looks cool but does nothing.

I made an error that clogged my printing head. The support team send me necessary parts and helpful video. Everything is working. Thank you so much
