Loving you guys, from service support to sales excellent

Jamie from the sainsmart customer support team was amazing! This is my first sainsmart product, but I had heard good things about the quality of support they provide for their products which is why I had no fears backing this product on the kickstarter launch day. I had an issue with the control board not recognizing the door safety switch after about a month of use, and seeing as there were no replacement parts available at the time, they elected to send me a new unit free of charge.

Products are accurately described, shipping was fast, and products arrived well packaged. I've been using the Genmitsu Prover V2 for a couple of weeks now and it has performed excellently! I had an issue with the offline controller. When I reached out to customer service they immediately provided a replacement. Great customer service!

Luca was able to help me get my 4030 Prover XL working properly and showed caring for my situation. It was the best customer service experience I have ever had and was expecting the worse. I did alot of research before buying and Sainsmarts customer service is what won me over, I really felt like Luca was invested in my project with me, not just trying to get me onto the next step. If everyone there is like Luca you are a very lucky team of support.

About a year ago, I bought a CNC router from Sainsmart but due to circumstances I was not able to use it untill last week.

I was struggling with a g-code setting and asked for support.

A friendly and knowlegeable reaction was given within a day, also on two follow-up questions. Which is really fast, considering the time difference between our countries. Great experience!

I have been in contact with SainSmart Customer Support over the past year. My questions have been answered accurately and quickly. The Customer Support team has provided up to date information on my orders. Today I worked with Jamie, EXCELLENT Service. I have a 4040 ProMax and L8Laser, they have performed well, very satisfied.

Positive service! Ordered the 4030 Ver2- I ran into an issue with the assembly of the machine. I sent an email with a description of the issue, a short video, photo of the SN, and my order # and several hours later in the evening I got an email back with a solution.

The delivery via Amazon came in different steps and the router very fast! First support questions were answered very fast.

They were quick with a suggested solution that was absolutely spot on.

Outstanding customer service, purchased a product which was reduced in price and then a week after receiving it I noticed the price had dropped even further on their website, sent them an email and a screenshot and they not only refunded me to match the new price drop but sent me more equipment as well. Help was precisely what was needed to get my machine back up and running. My only minor complaint was that it took a little too long. Also, the info on the support page could be more detailed and more of it. Had this been the case, I might not have needed any help. And the documentation is poor. These complaints have nothing to do with the support people who helped me. They did their jobs well.

I bought a new CNC from them and I wanted to expand it's size right away but they were out of a key component as well as anybody I could find on line that sold there brand. I called to see if they could give me a time frame which they did. Their system does not allow back ordering but the support person kept in touch with me several times and then let me know when I could get an order in. They then followed up to make sure I received the item ok and that everything was good. Just well appreciated excellent support.
