Great company with great support. Always had an answer within a day, when I had questions or trouble with my machine.

I needed some help setting up a laser engraver and got immediate help to download software and solve the issue.

I purchased a Creality Raptor 3D scanner but it wasn’t available in Canada. SainSmart was good enough to send the unit at no additional charge from the US depot. The unit arrived via USPS and Canada Post without much delay. Even though the prices are not the lowest, I would purchase additional items from SainSmart without hesitation.

The delivery company had difficulty delivering to my address but SainSmart perservered in such a kind and considerate manner to resolve delivery. The product is of superior quality and we look forward to many beautiful projects emerging.

My Promax 4040 stopped working shortly after first use. I worked with the support team and it was decided that I needed a replacement. This was near the Christmas holiday and it was out of stock. I was offered a reimbursement or 100.00 if I wanted to wait. I chose the 100.00 and received it promptly. My CNC has arrived and I am soon going to put it together, fingers crossed that I have no problems from here. The support team was really amazing with quick responses and great service

I needed help getting my laser module functioning for my ProverXL 2x2 CNC. Initial response was within 24hrs. The second email was within hours, but still no fix. Unfortunately I hit a weekend and didn't get another response until Monday, but they got to the problem relatively quickly. Turns out the cable that comes with the laser module doesn't work with my ProverXL 2x2. Luckily, support notified me that there should have been a separate laser cable in the packaging for my ProverXL 2x2 CNC. Once I located and connected the correct cable it worked great! Duh,me. Thanks for the help! Loss of one star because I was fretting over the weekend thinking I got ghosted by support. There may have been a notice somewhere in the email traffic that they don't work weekends, but I didn't see it.

The service responds quickly and provides a clear and precise answer.

Both problems that I had were quickly resolved, however, the information that was sent to me regarding belt tightening would be helpful to have available on the website, and the video was not the most clear. Despite that. My interaction with support representatives was great.

The mini uv aquarium sterilizer light from Sainsmart was the solution I was looking for to resolve the algae bloom in my aquarium. Although I had some initial issue, the support I received from Sainsmart was above and beyond my expectations. They responded quickly and sent me a replacement unit within 2-3 days! That’s what I call a top notch service. My aquarium water is now cleaner and clear.
I highly recommmend the product which is backed by an excellent service.

everything I have purchased has been of the highest quality, always on time and as described.

I wish we would have spent the extra $50 and gotten the toy box 3d printer. Our neighbor got it for Christmas, and it works much better than ours.

I worked with laser and finally started getting the hang of it, got the image ready. The next day I was going to do the job and with no changes made it would not engrave the same as the day before. I searched for a solution. One place says to clean tip but it was clean. I cannot find any other solutions.
If you could let us talk to someone would be extremely helpful.

I've been a fan of Sainsmart for several years buying my 1st machine back in 2021. Rarely is there an issue with QC or the product but like anything things happen and the CS team is always prompt in responding even with being in another timezone.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my maker husband, he loved all the features (multiple different types of arms, rubber tips, cool light setting, glass magnifier, organizer slots). He said it's the nicest helping hand/workmat he's ever had and loves to use it for soldering and organizing transistors. Win! (Shipping was quick too and the packaging could have withstood a warzone everything was super protected)
