Excellent product promptly delivered.
Product is of good quality, especially considering the price and feels suitably robust for the job. I was surprised to see it come with a set of bolts that could be used for mounting if chosen. Product was well packaged, and delivered promptly on the date requested at the time the delivery partner specified. Would have no hesitation buying from here again.

I ordered the locks according to the…
I ordered the locks according to the time frame given for delivery (3-5 working days). After waiting patiently for a few weeks, I called only to be told that the provider has no stock. No one bothered to update me as a paying client. I was the only one chasing them, which is ridiculous since the money is out of my pocket and I have no product.
I was promised a day or two until I finally received the order the week after, but the products are missing parts. It is not even complete. It is such a disaster.
Regarding customer service, whether they hold the stock themselves or rely on a third party, it should not be the customer's responsibility to chase updates. At the end of the day, if something is published on the website, it should be delivered as advertised. I will never use them again so I will refund them. In the worst-case scenario, I will dispute the payment, as I haven't received anything that's already published on the platform.

I am so sorry to hear that you had issues with your delivery lead time, this was not acceptable and I understand your frustrations completely.
With regards to the missing parts, I can see that Customer Services has been working with you to get this resolved, however, neither They or Igloo can work out what the missing parts are from the photos provided, and have contacted you again to request more information, but have not yet received a reply.
If you could please go back to them with the information required they will work to get this resolved for you straight away.

Perfect for us and worth paying extra for the fitting
Quick delivery.
My Letting Agent tells me that the guy who you sent to fit the key safe was very helpful indeed and apart from giving the user manual also explained in detail how to unlock, lock and change the PIN.
On my own inspection, he had fitted the safe in a discrete area of the doorway, the key safe feels very sturdy and was very easy to operate.

Be very wary of this company when things go wrong
I purchased a wall safe from this company and the first time I used it the key sheared off completely in the lock.I was having work done on my property and had put funds in the safe to pay the workers which now couldn’t be retrieved.I contacted Safe.co.uk and was told someone would get back to me as the issue was being passed to the management, nothing was forthcoming and no resolution was offered.I was stuck with an installed safe that couldn’t be opened, this company wouldn’t agree for me to call a locksmith so I had no alternative but to ask the joiner on site if he could help me. He tried several different ways and spent a good hour of time I was paying him for to eventually drill the lock and remove the safe.He then had to fit another one which was fit for purpose at a lesser price than Safe.co from Screwfix . The response from the directors of Safe .co after 5 days was to refund the faulty safe, they were not prepared to pay for the expense of accessing the faulty safe or the removal and installation of a new one so please be wary of this company they are no help when things go wrong with their products and you will be wasting a long time for any refund.I do not recommend this company at all and would give no stars if possible

I am really sorry to hear that you had issues with your safe.
Having read through all the notes, I can see that as soon as this was reported, our Customer Service team reported the issue to the manufacturer who were arranging an engineers visit with the express intention of fitting a new door for you and getting this resolved as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you went ahead and paid someone to get this open, and they damaged the safe beyond repair.
You didn't give us the chance to send the engineer out and get this resolved at no cost to you, which is standard warranty procedure, and as a result, unfortunately, the best action we could offer was to refund you in full.
