It's a good safe
It's a good safe, good outside and inside. Easy to set up. Only issue is when the safe got delivered, it was left with a neighbour and the package wasn't sealed, meaning that now my neighbours know I have safe.

Safe - insurance approved .
Great product , easy to fit and value for money . Had a slight dent on the front corner which affected the paint only . Discount offered and accepted . Great service and no quibbles once photo evidence provided and same day resolution. (Was offered a replacement but decided to accept the discount).

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I placed my order and it was timed at 2.02. As the cut off for next day delivery was 2pm I was about to phone and confirm next day delivery would happen but before I could, I received a delivery confirmation email saying my goods would be delivered the next day.
On this basis I took a day off work and waited for delivery, by 3pm with no delivery I phoned for a time and was told that the delivery would not be that day.
I questioned the delivery confirmation and the tracker that said my order was despatched and was told these were sent out automatically and didn't mean it would happen.
I then had to take another days holiday and the item was delivered.
I have asked for the complaints process and never been told. I asked for compensation for my lost day and was sent an insulting £22.
I would suggest it best to use another company as the best customer service shows it value when things go wrong.
I am very unhappy with the level of service.

Having looked at the notes on your order, I can see that this was passed to one of our Customer Service Managers, to log your complaint, at your request, and they spoke to you by telephone and followed this up with an email of apology and an offer of discount, which you accepted. I understand that you feel this wasn't enough, and I appreciate time is precious and waiting in for deliveries can be very stressful, but I can assure you that we take Customer Service seriously, and we will always do the best we can to help our customers, through any issues encountered and bring it to a satisfactory conclusion. The offer of discount made was a gesture of good will, and acceptance that we did not meet your requirements of delivery, however, with the best will in the world, we cannot 100% guarantee delivery on the date requested.
Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
