Safe good but packaged terribly
The safe was packed in cardboard only. When it arrived on my doorstep it was chipped and scratched as it had no packaging to protect it. The delivery person apologised but correctly questioned how a 6 stone safe could be despatched and handled with only a covering of cardboard. He said the cardboard tore off as soon as he tried to move it. No problem with the product itself. Very solid.

Excellent service ordered safe on Sat morning for elderly relative who lives at different address and was delivered by Tues morning great turnaround.
Not opened safe box yet as it is for someone else but all being will take round this afternoon or tomorrow and set it up for them.

Delivery delay by 24 hours.
No problem with the supplier - but the item was sent 24 hours delivery but was then following day when it was actually posted through the letterbox.
The item was exactly as ordered - so the only issue was the delivery company. Price from supplier was OK too.

Different locks same key
I was able to get three different locks with the same key and thumbwheel interior for ease of use. You can't get that at the supermarket!

Not particularly happy so far
Not particularly happy so far. Ordered a break down sentinel safe , it did arrive quickly which was great. However there are a few marks on the front of the safe which isn't great to say you pay for a brand new one. There were two nuts rattling around the box that had fallen off of the top lock, and once id put the bolts on, the top lock didn't work anyway. Had to email twice and call twice to confirm a lock was being sent, then I was told on multiple occasions the lock would arrive the next day which would have been a Thursday - I was assured. However the lock arrived Monday. Must admit, not too impressed and very little faith in the safe at this point.

Both of the staff with whom I discussed my problems with and who directed me to the appropriate type of lock were very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. The transactions were efficiently dealt with and the products were received in what I thought was an appropriate time.
