RussianFlora delivered incredible service and wonderful flowers while Sakhalin borders were closed and everyone was working from home and self isolating. As I was apprehensive about using this service and relied on reviews, it seems only fair that I express my delight at all the extras this service includes - advice that in Russia it is the custom to send an uneven number of stems of roses, if you do not know the exact address RussianFlora will find it for you, keeping me up to date about the status of the order, when they could not obtain the yellow roses I ordered they contacted me to discuss an alternative, the residence was a little way out of town but the courier found the location and was very patient as it was not easy accessing the residence for delivery through security with a face mask required to be worn at all times, and then the courier explained in reasonable English about cutting the stems before putting the roses in water and took a photo which was sent to me. This is truly an amazing service and gave my Australian daughter a wonderful birthday surprise in these difficult times.
The pink roses were beautiful. This is an amazing and reliable service.

Excelente servicio y puntual la presentación de las flores es excelente sin embargo es un poco caro si pudieran trabajar en reducción coste sería perfecto pero por lo demás se sacan un 10

Hice el pedido un Martes de noche desde Madrid y las flores las recibió mi novia al Miércoles a las 11.30. No es la primera vez que pido y siempre han cumplido.

Lo único es que las flores amarillas que pedí no las tenían pero pusieron otras igual de bonitas.

Mucha gente dice que es un poco caro pero bueno, es la cuarta vez que pido desde Madrid flores para Kaliningrado y siempre puntuales.

Le premier envoyé en bureau est arrivé après le départ de la personne. Le livreur s'est alors débrouillé pour trouver et envoyer le bouquet à domicile.
Un deuxième bouquet à domicile est parfaitement arrivé aussi.
Suivi de la commande très correct.
Je recommande absolument!

Rapide, exactement le bouquet choisi, contact par mail efficace car la personne a livrer ne répondait pas au téléphone. Choix d'une nouvelle adresse convenu avec la destinataire de livraison sans aucun soucis.

Заказывала подарок из России для племянницы, которая живёт в США. Доставили заказ вовремя, хотя и был напряжённый день для курьеров - 14 февраля. Цветы(разноцветные розы) свеженькие, вино точно такое как на картинке сайта (набор "Испанское застолье") + открытка. Сотрудники терпеливо и очень приветливо отвечали на мои вопросы, которые возникали уже после оформления заказа. Обратная связь супер! Вино вкусное, племяшка подтвердила. Молодцы! Здорово!

This is my first time using RussianFlora.com and after placing my order I realized I made a mistake on the delivery date. So I decided to call directly and was surprised that I did not have to wait very long at all for a very nice representative to take my call. Her name was Ally and I must say that she was extremely pleasant and was so helpful. Well before i knew it she had the changes made for me which she personally did and she wished me a great day. WOW, now that is customer service!

i selected the flowers, delivery date, and recipient; paid for them via a secure payment vendor, and received immediate confirmation of my order by email. Next i received a link to check order status; and when the flowers were delivered, i received a text message.
the flowers were delivered on time and my girlfriend loved them. The pictures she sent to me match the image shown on the website

how can they improve? I think their are less expensive alternatives for flower delivery in Rostov-on-don, Russia, and the selection was modest. But that information was available to me before i ordered. Despite these two points, i am quite sure i will use this company again--they deliver high quality flowers on time and that exactly match your order

Amazing service the kept me up to date every step of the journey. As soon as there was a problem ie. Wrong address and wrong contact number, they got in touch with me to resolve it. They couldn't find the address the first time and no one answered their call, so they asked for more help from me and i just sent a photo of the building door and explained the situation of the building. Next thing i know the flowers were delivered within the hour. Great service, will use them again
