Very patient and knowledgeable service for an English family in England sending a gift basket to Russian friends in Russia - we were able to change and adjust the basket contents to contain the items that we really wanted to send. We then had a problem as the Russian end was not at home when the gift was delivered. Russian flora then went to considerable trouble to find the recipients and deliver the gift on time. Excellent service and product we will be sure to use them again.

I ordered a gift basked. The quality of the products was poor and not adequate to the price. It was changed from what was seen on the site and the final product cost was pretty lower. However, The customer service contacted me, apologized for the situation and proposed either some more sweets to be delivered or to give me some money back, which I appreciate.

Ужасно!Сделала заказ племяннику из США в Австралию.Заказ состоял из торта и подарочной корзины.В итоге вместо 100$ торта доставили что-то за 5$ из ближайшего супермаркета,вместо корзины на 110$ -коробку из картона с фруктами на 15$ и 10$ вино…Если не хотите опозориться ,не обращайтесь в Russian Flora.В итоге за заказ в 210$ было возвращено сначала 30$,затем 20$…Я считаю,что эта компания обманывает заказчиков.

Prezzi onesti e servizio impeccabile, inoltre è possibile scegliere una quantità enorme di regali e addirittura customizzarli oltre quelli in catalogo.
Però la cosa più importante di tutto questo è il servizio sempre disponibile con la chat on line.

Ho avuto a che fare con lei più di una volta e ha sempre trovato la soluzione migliore e più pratica per accontentarmi, nonostante io non sono un cliente facile. Ordered flowers and a box of chocolates for 8th of march. Actual delivery on 7th. Flowers were delivered. Chocolates ($25) were not. They informed me they will take 2 business days to investigate. Next time I will first look for other company.

Livraison rapide et respect des horaires, pour le reste tout faux commande de roses rouges , ils m'envoient un texto , cette couleur n'est pas disponible je demande donc des roses roses et livraison de blanche , encore merci car la signification de la rose blanche n'est pas appropriée, en plus vu la facture j'imaginais au moins être livré correctement pour la Saint Valentin , très déçu

Dopo precedenti disservizi per altri ordini, ho nuovamente provato ad acquistare un regalo per la mia dolce metà, accordando la consegna il giorno prima del Natale russo. Purtroppo non sono riusciti a consegnare il 5/01 e hanno promesso di effettuare la consegna il giorno 6 proprio nel giorno di Natale. Ovviamente come temevo non hanno effettuato la consegna e non sanno nemmeno cosa rispondere, dicendo soltanto che stanno in contatto con il loro ufficio locale. 24 ore lavorative per causare un disservizio totale!

Все было очень хорошо. Я первый раз заказывала букет из России в Германию. Очень волновалась, что, может быть что-то упустила. Но, ко мне очень внимательно отнеслись сотрудники, помогли все правильно оформить. В результате букет был доставлен во время. И моя любимая внучка порадовалась ему, а я ещё больше. Благодарю вас всех за помощь, внимание доброжелательное отношение.

Все очень понравилось. Особенно служба поддержки в чате, было бы 6 звезд -поставил бы все 7). Всегда быстро и любезно отвечали на все поставленные и интересующие вопросы. Подарок тоже приятно удивил. Были добавлены такие приятные мелочи как цветок (хотя в списке не было), разные украшения и вообще, все было красиво оформлено и подано получателю. Делали как для своих близких или себя. Приятно было. Даже записка написанная от руки с пожеланиями. Это всегда лучше, чем просто напечатанная на принтере. Тот кто пишет записки, (если читаешь) Спасибо тебе огромное))). Я довольный и рад что нашел именно вас
