I wish I had read the reviews.
It looks like I’m not alone in having a negative experience with Rubbersole who also own a sister brand called Spartoo in Europe. I had the worst experience purchasing Coach loafers here - they sent the wrong size. When I emailed them, they said I could refund it so I reordered it again this time with two sizes, hoping for the right size AND NOPE, still the wrong sizes. They told me Coach has ‘weird sizing’ but in what planet is a US11 a size UK 6.5 or UK 7.5? After a lot of back & forth, they basically said they can’t do anything and to return the shoes for a refund.

I did not have a good experience here and wish I had never stumbled upon this website. I urge you not to purchase from here — it could be possible the shoes are not legitimate based on the sticker of the box not matching the sizing on the Coach website. Don’t purchase from here!

I ordered a pair of sandals a few days ago, I was so happy to get my order only to find out I got sent 2different sandal (see pictures) and this isn't the first time I order something from Rubbersole and get something else. It's so annoying as this was showing as the last pair in stock and I really love Ash footwear sandals as they are amazing quality real leather.

Not genuine brand !!I ordered a pair of boots NeroGiardini brand at 143£ which I have purchased previously from Italy or Amazon.it - the boots looked different and the bottom normally has a little italy flag on the sole / the flag fell as soon as i tried them on / on my old boots 4 years old they never fall or get out / leather? Very thin interior Not really leather it smelled plastic / the bottom was cheap quality not my nero giardini im used to at All!!!
I will never use this site again avoid !

I was waiting until I'd completed a back and forward, purchase and return situation with Rubbersole to review them. Two pairs boots bought, one returned, another bought, returned, another pair bought lol. And all this happened without any hitches, good customer service, good email updates, good tracking, quick refunds. I have ended up with two cracking pairs of boots - and I have looked EVERYWHERE and not found anyone who stocks great, top end gorgeous boots like this company. I was nervous ordering and parting with a lot of money because of bad reviews I'd read here (always check a company out first!) but I had no issues. So just wanted to review and say I had a great experience here. Don't know if they've been less than good in the past but honestly, my back and forwarding, returns and so on .. no bother. I reckon they deserve a chance :)

I have learnt a terrible lesson! Always check if a company not used Trust Pilot or just Google them!
I have ordered some leather patent brogues £74.99, they came wrong size in the right box ! What a suprise after reading lots of other reviews. I then did manage to speak to someone today because my order is showing on their non friendly tongues web site as not delivered so I can't generate a return to get my refund!!! I have been told they have a problem with that and took my order number so they can add me to the list to sort out with their provider as customers services can't do this. The shoes are supposed to be leather patent, they look poor quality have nothing written inside them like leather etc and I suspect they are not. I will give it till next week to see if they rectify their technical errors BUT I suspect from all the terrible reviews they won't !!! Lucky for me I paid by credit card and my card company will refund me as I am covered!
BUT I think this company is really bad and taking peoples money and then making it hard to get it back or not at all they know it from other people's experiences! DO NOT USE THEM !

I don't know if this company actually exists? I ordered a pair of coach loafers. After reading the many disastrous comments I wanted to cancel my order through the PayPal address of spartoo? No answer then I got an email saying my evri delivery date was now expected 6 days later than the first delivery date. I reported the issue to PayPal and the company. I got a refund after 2 days.

I ordered a pair of boots, size 6 as per your website recommendation, they were far too big. Arranged an exchange for a size 5 and returned the 6’s via your Yodel returns on 24/9/24 and they are still not showing as received on your website despite Yodels tracking saying they are back with you. Your customer service telephone line says your office is closed (even though on your website it says Mon-Fri 8 till 4pm) and can’t find an email address to contact you on, only a frustrating list of faq’s none of which answer my question.
Please can you advise when my replacement pair of size 5 boots will be dispatched as currently I’m £146 out of pocket and am unable to speak to your company about this!

Didn’t get what I ordered absolute terrible quality. To be honest I would even say it was a fake counterfeit. I will not be buying off these again that’s for sure.

The reason that I feel this was a counterfeit item is nothing like this matches on their website. The quality was absolutely awful which leads me to think it might be counterfeit. Like I mentioned earlier not what I ordered. So was very bad quality. The stitching and the leather didn’t seem to match what I was expecting from a Jack Jones boot. And certainly nothing like the quality matched on the website.

I was a bit sceptical about this company looking at some recent reviews. However I can honestly say I have had only 5 star service from this company. I received my order earlier than expected and the shoes are just amazing. Thank you so much for a very pleasant experience.

First time ordering from rubbersole, ordered trainers and t-shirts and couldnt be happier, staff was great delivery was fast, I will be returning 10/10🙂

Needed a specific item for my son, was looking for fastest delivery options. Got sucked in by the “next day delivery” but upon checkout (on the 1st) it said delivery between 6th - 9th. Today (9th), I get a despatch email saying between 11th-12th and it’s international! Potentially nearly 2 weeks delivery for a pencil case. Looking at other reviews it seems to be quite a dishonest company who cannot fulfil their promises. Really not impressed and wouldn’t use the company again.

I don’t leave reviews very often but felt I had to. Before I have placed an order with rubbersole I read the reviews here and I am pleased to say that no one of the negative reviews happened to me.
My order came within the dates stated on the website , I have been kept informed via emails about my order since the purchase and my shoes are exactly how they looked on the website ! So don’t hesitate in ordering through this site , I would be defo using them again.

Rubbersole seems to receive mixed reviews, but my experience with the company was excellent.

I placed two orders for shoes and boots almost exactly a year apart.

Both experiences were identical: trouble-free and efficient.

On both occasions they delivered my order on the exact date they promised and sent me several messages about the progress of my delivery in advance.

They also honoured an old discount on my account from the year before which was about to expire within days.

I had to change my address online with Rubbersole because the previous delivery was to a relative's address where I was staying temporarily.

This obviously had the potential for a mix-up, but it was a smooth process as the second delivery came to my home address as I wanted.

So, I was delighted and completely satisfied with Rubbersole, and will definitely order with them again. Well done!

Shoes still haven’t came . I ordered about 8 days ago they said they would come Tuesday - Wednesday and still not came

I’m awaiting a package and no update whatsoever ! It’s meant to arrive tomorrow and I haven’t heard anything yet !!! I think it’s a scam website and you should avoid like the plague

Following on from my previous initial experience, I would like to provide some further update/feedback.
Being persistent in reaching out to Customer Service, I eventually got through the morning following my purchase date and spoke with a real person. After explaining the situation, they raised a full cancellation and refund of the duplicate order and also agreed to exchange the wrong products from the first order. I still had to find a drop off point where the wrong goods were recorded for despatch to the warehouse. I liaised with Adriana, the Customer Care Manager, who was monitoring the process and quite honestly, was doing a good job. We managed to receive the refund and the good products in time before our travels. Conclusion: Poor IT infrastructure/Customer Service communication but luckily for Rubbersole, a small handful of good staff doing the background work to ensure things are back on track!

Don’t be fooled by the negative reviews, I ordered a pair of shoes that was £30 cheaper than any other website I decided to risk it and I am very pleased with the shoes. Arrived on time and i did not encounter any issue.
