Ordered some Lauren Ralph Lauren boots, which were over £180. Box was tatty and the shoes just thrown in, with dirty marks on the soles. Not sure if they are seconds/fake so returned as don't want to be ripped off.

Be careful to check the shipping when purchasing from this website. Having paid £4.99 for delivery for a £150 pair of boots I never would have thought nearly three months after receiving my order I’d be sent a customs bill of nearly 50 pounds. Absolutely would not have purchased from this website if I had known this would happen.

I ordered 2 David Jones 70L suitcases on 3-4 day free delivery, the cases arrived 11-12 days later and I received 2 David Jones 65L suitcases AND NOT THE 70L cases I had purchased. I wrote a negative review. Tracey from Rubbersole invited me to email customer services at rubbersole. I emailed this address you provided on the 31/01/25 with my complaint about the smaller cases received compared to the larger cases I had purchased, I attached pictures of proof of selling at 70L and receiving at 65L. 7 days later I HAVE HAD NO REPLY, absolutely shocking. Tracey, why ask me to email customer services if you are not going to reply and address the smaller cases issue that you have delivered to me. I wish I had never found this French company.

Ordered some asics nyc gel 2/3 weeks ago and still haven’t arrived they gave me a tracking number that isn’t valid

I was reluctant to use this website due to the negative reviews I read. However, my experience has been magnificent and the best I’ve had in years of online shopping! I placed my order late at night on Sat 25th Jan and I received the trainers on 28th Jan! Very smooth order and delivery experience and the shoes is legit as I’ve always ordered and bought trainers from Ted Baker so all in all: 10/10

The company advertised guaranteed delivery before Christmas and same day dispatch within a specific timeframe. However, once the order was placed I was given a delivery date of the 25th or 26th. I’ve seen them reply to other reviews that they were busy and they have different warehouses which is maybe understandable but it is totally unacceptable to continue to guarantee something that you can’t fulfill, it’s misleading and a way to gain orders that you otherwise would not receive. The website was still guaranteeing delivery before Christmas the following day when I cancelled my order.
It has now been 14 days and I have not received the refund or any confirmation.
The website states that the customer helpline is available but it has been closed, and is still unavailable on the 2nd and 3rd of January and a recorded message steers you to a contact form on the website that also doesn’t exist.
It appears that I am not alone in experiencing a terrible service.
Rubbersole, please be respectful enough not to reply with one of your standard excuse laden responses and signed off with ‘happy new year’ or some such false pleasantries, please just send the refund!
Update: They have done exactly as I asked. I have received the refund and a friendly apology. The customer service representatives do seem to care and are very efficient once something is highlighted, but they are let down by website advertising that is extremely flawed and the processes for getting assistance being unnecessarily difficult. Changed from 1* to 3*

Love shopping on Rubbersole because they give you a breakdown on what materials are used and where the shoes are made.

I was unsure about ordering due to the mix reviews, but I took that chance and glad I did they got dispatched quite quickly and arrived in time for Christmas very happy will definitely order again

I don’t know why customers are meant to care about the internal workings of a company and where their warehouses are located but this company seems to think that we should all be understanding about this and also be able to easily discern this from their (very basic) website. They charged me for a return despite the website clearly stating that “Rubbersole returns are free of charge with our prepaid label for Collect Plus shops (only valid in participating Collect Plus shops within the UK). All other returns are at the customer's charge.” They have now refunded my money but it should not have been taken in the first place! I was sent some word salad email which was as clear as mud as justification for the return charge. All in all, far too much of a hassle and I would never use them again.

I ordered a pair of tevas from rubbersole on Black Friday without checking on here and was honestly a little panicked after, but have to say I’ve had no issues with the site and I’m super happy with the shoes! Postage was super quick and they constantly kept me up to date with delivery updates via email (CHECK JUNK FOLDER as that’s where all mine ended up).

Overall happy with rubber soles service and can’t complain - had to leave a review to give some people reassurance haha as reviews on here aren’t great

Took weeks to receive (this was back in the summer) and I’m pretty sure they’re counterfeit converse because they’re closer to falling apart with the rubber converse label on the backs peeling off with all the text rubbed off. Owned a lot of converse, this doesn’t happen. This damage started within the first couple of wears, but I didn’t bother complaining as seems everyone else has had a nightmare with it.

Suspicious delay (and fact that parcel travelled through several European countries to get to the uk, despite being uk based) makes me think they’re trying to cover up the fact they’re sending out cheaply made, poor quality fakes, for the price of real ones. Wish I’d taken the time to read reviews before i purchased.

Edit- delivery fee was refunded, parcel arrived on 23 December. It has come from overseas and had I known this I would have opted for another merchant. I think the company cares to resolve issues but all of this was avoidable had the timescale given been realistic and transparency about where the parcel was being dispatched from. Unsure if I would use this business again. Be aware that 3-5 days for delivery was in fact 9 days in my case which is rather misleading.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband for Christmas because their website guarantees delivery before Christmas. Took four days to ship the order (18/12/24) and now delivery is estimated on 24 or 25 December. Don’t trust these people, the website is lying plainly. The first date estimated was 20/12 or 21/12 now it will clearly not be on time. If it is not with me before Christmas I will refuse the delivery. Shameful animals. Don’t order, wish I read the reviews first. Many years ago I shopped here regularly but things have changed.

The shoes were the wrong size. I got the Adidas Gazelle and the size chart said EU size 38 corresponds to UK size 4 but they were too small. Also the courier probably never came to the house because we were in, they never left a notice through the door and left the parcel at the post office.
