Used idebit to deposit, transaction says successful, royalevegas account balance says 0$, transaction history says none made, 3 agents, 5 hours later, was told could be 15 min to 6 hours, my deposit is in transition, very odd, had 1 hour to wait just to be told transaction denied, and now wait 3 days for refund. Agent said, the money never reached them? I'm holding on to my cursing, for the time wasted, runaround, now my money gone. Not only don't I get any answers, as a customer I feel humiliated.
How can they fix this?

I had withdrawn under $50 to my withdraw funds - I had forgot that you couldn't withdraw less than $50. This happened twice.

The funds just disappeared from my playing funds, never went to my withdraw funds, it just went without a trace. It is still no excuse to have funds disappear without a trace!

Instead of processing my withdrawal they sent me interac verification request. I instantly sent in my documents. At first they said my documents weren’t eligible so I just resent them again. I have sent over my documents 13 times via email because everyday for s week they have said they are not getting anything from me and now their customer service chat people are saying they only got one email from me the ineligible one. The only way to reach out to them is chat and email and so I keep getting the runaround and they locked my casino account . I am very upset with all this and I do not recommend the Royal Vegas Casino they are thieves in my opinion and they can do anything they want because they know we have no resources other than their chat people to pursue any issue. HORRIBLE . I will pursue this legally but it gets frustrating, time consuming and costly and it is just better to play at an honest casino such as pokerstars. You can’t even contact them by telephone anymore.

Royal Vegas Casino defrauded me out of €500, which my bank is now investigating. Due to this, my card had to be cancelled, so 7 days of major inconvenience. They are constantly making excuses as why they are not paying me I did that bonus 80 chances for 1$ I deposited 2.50 and I ended up winning 2550 I played out the wagering requirements I sent in all documents they requested it’s now been a over a month since I withdrew but just over 2 weeks since my documents were approved and now they keep telling me it’s under review or processing but they have escalated it over and over again and tell me 24 to 48 hrs for feedback but I never get any feedback any ideas on what I can do or say to them to get my withdrawal

Schluckt immer das geld egal welche einzahlungsmethode. Ist schon bestimmt 10 mal in einem monat passiert bishernach ca 2 wochen jedoch bekommen, aktuell 30 Euro die zu je 10 Euro also 3 mal geschluckt wurden bzw. In my country Costa Rica my bank account do not allow to receive back more than what you used previously with a Visa card.

So I talk to the client service by chat 3 times. The all told me that I could withdraw by the swift system if I ever win.

So I decided to deposit and after I could get access to the cashier I finally found that I couldn't withdraw with the swift system because my country was not on the list. So they lied to me. One told me that I should write to customer help by email to know how to proceed to withdraw by swift to my country. After 2 weeks and a few emails they never answered.

Frustrating. Will maybe look for another casino if I can find one honest.
