Royalvegascasino Anmeldelser

Been over 5 weeks since I made a 1000.00 withdrawal and this royal vegas casino keeps asking for documents which I've already provided..Then they keep putting it back into my casino account and I keep withdrawing it out,but these useless pricks wont deposit it to my bank..
Worst casino site I have ever come across..
Now all my family and friends know this ain't the casino to put your money into..

ultimate alberta government scam site. it was spin palace casino they changed name, chats a joke, no help just lies. the games crash , lag and wont load. rtp is zero. thunder struck 2 slot , 90 cent bet i get wild storm bonus pays 45 cents ands then, i finally get bonus round 90 bet pays 74 cents, then 2 bonus rounds dollar 20 cent bet both paid 1 dollar and 75 cents i mean seriously . every spin nothing utter joke, avoid these scammers . pure donation site

This is in regards to Royal Vegas.ca Alberta. My deposit never showed up, was taken from my account and Loonio confirmed it was accepted by casino.

Spent a couple hours on the chat which is useless and no human will ever connect with you, eventually it will boot you off. Email has been zero response in 3 days.

Refer a friend is a scam as my friend signed up followed the rules stated and deposited and never received their bonus as stated.

Seems like a scam at this point l. I would stay far away. I’d be surprised if I ever get a response. Money is probably gone.

I withdrawal some winnings over a month ago, they send email and went into my junk stating that i need to send verification. After sending all my document verification was confirmed. Iv’e send several emails and still waiting for my withdrawal. Iv’e played William Hill for many years and never had any problems with them.

Over the years i've deposited over 15,000, and it's the only casino that says $0 withdrawals. I'm playing jackpot city , all slots , ruby and luxury casino. I'd avoid this one.

Been playing this game for months and finally won and still waiting on withdrawal since July 14th SHOCKING!!! AND yes it will say bullshit to make u think they are LEGIT even reverse the payment and blame ur account details ??!! Then still u will wait and the game will GLITCH😤 Nothing but a scam and it's ashame too would of been popular by now if they didn't rip people off no matter there commitment 💯 I advise don't trust this game at all!!!

They do not pay you your winnings.
It's a scam. Don't play this site. My husband's been waiting 2 weeks and the only thing we've received from them is your account is under review

Absolutely garbage. Zero winnings and when I made a final deposit of $400 I can't access the site. It's keep saying link broken/ site is down so I can't even access the site to request my money back. Hands down worst casino I have played online.

If I was able to add Zero start would do it. I executed a withdrawal and after 3 days they told me that the paysafecard account rejected the transaction. 2 week later the money have dissapeared!!

Do not trust them. It's spam!!

Out of all the casino sites I’ve been on this casino was actually by far the best !!!! Is almost every single way up until this week when I got a confirmation email saying I was paid out my 705 dollars , I even got a text with the code I need when I go on to my online banking but I NEVER received the email with the link to my bank account . And I’m still waiting. This site pays out way more then any other site and their payouts only take 24-48 hours each time . If my 2 stars change to 5 then u know I did ended get a email with the link to my bank in order to deposit the founds! ! I hope they don’t let me down but if and when I get paid I would be not playing on this time for sure ..

I have deposited about $200 over the last month they have had several new games I can not open any of them and haven’t since I signed up even my fav regular games half of them you can’t play either.
They choose wich ones you can play and there all the shitty games I have never one anything it sucks my money. I DO MOT RECOMMEND THIS ONLINE CASINO THEY JUST RIP YOU OFF. Buckle up man

The absolute worst rip off site there ever was. Don't waste your time or your money they'll never give you anything. had to give them a star cuz you got to give them something but I'll tell you what I'd like to give them a minus sta.r total rip off. Liars and cheap games.

They don't honour the instant withdraw option

Le pire casino de tous retour sur gain mensonger

Made a withdrawal 5 weeks ago, and still waiting for it.. documents have all been approved.. worst customer service, if u manage to even get through. And if you do they no absolutely NOTHING!!

Garbage app . Don't bother with the 1$ deal . Won 20cents from 80 spins and lost 10 within mins after.. just a garbage casino that will scam you. Stay away

I signed up last Wednesday night and deposited $10 and got a 100% bonus. I made a withdrawal of $500 and once it was processed I received an email stating I would get the money in 3-7 days. I received the money the next day! On Sunday night/Monday early hours, after playing with a $30 deposit, I made a withdrawal of $1000. It was in my account today!! This is the best casino that I have found. Thanks Royal Vegas, its been pleasurable. Hope to have many more pleasurable times 😊

Don’t be stupid, this site is a scam. They don’t pay out. They give you the run around on their live chat. It clearly states the will hold your withdrawal for 24 hours so that if you want to reverse it you can. Only problem is they won’t process or approve your withdrawal.

I had requested a withdrawal of $50, never received the money went into my account the requested withdrawal has disappeared out of my account without a payout of the money. I will not be playing this casino again. Question is where did my requested money go???

I played online, but my withdrawal wasn't processed. After a week, they credited my account with a smaller amount than I had withdrawed. The help and support section doesn't work, and there's no way to contact the team. This feels like a scam — I would not recommend it.
