It would seem that this company does not like to pay out their withdrawals. Tried to jump on their live chat, and it just keeps asking if i's still waiting for an agent. I think perhaps a complaint, and possible lawsuit are in order given the amount of people who have not been paid?

A friend of mine has raved about the online casinos that he plays and so I decided to try this one. They actually started me out with $1000 in complimentary chips which I felt was quite generous, the first game i played just wasn't working out so well for me, I was down $250 so I went to another machine and in just a short time I was up to over $27,000 so I checked google and saw that they were listed as legitimate. They ask for verification of your identity and a $100 deposit which i can completely understand as it keeps people from fraud against them. I just need to round those funds up and they will absolutely deserve more than the 5 stars i can give them. If my review stays at 5 stars you can forget any other casino because I can't imagine a better outcome. If I have any problems I will have to alter my review but I honestly do not think I will.

Don not make deposit here when you make withdraw they do "review" that is taking forever so they wont send withdraw i waithed more then 1 month now and nothing is hapening so dont make deposit here cus they will never pay

For some u fortunate reason i tried numerous time to make contact via 24/7chat live! And it seems like I've being blocked as I have complete no access to chat. Ive email royal vegas support and keep getting shoved off, auto messages saying not delivered, or will reply in 48hrs well its going on too 1 month.

it's so terrible because I have withdrawn twice here already since 2021 but now that I have won again this 2024 and withdrawn $3000 , its been 3 weeks and i have not gotten my withdrawal yet because they do not approve my documents!! I wanted to change my address because i dont live on my old address anymore! Thats why they dont accept my documents because my documents doesnt match the address in my acount which is my old address! I just moved in 3 months ago! Now they blocked my email because they think im a fraud!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want my withdrawal because i have put so much more than my withdrawal!!!!!! I cant find any customer service to talk with!!!!!!

Just don't. They have ridiculous bonus rules and when you when, even though I am already verified they still are delaying asking for all kinds of imposible documents. Over 10k is owed to me but they have been delaying over a month trying to find excuses.

This actually happened a few years back but couldn't resolve the issue they wouldn't acknoledge me at all, I was playing Mega Moolah well lord and below if i didn't win the jackpot my sister was close by i showed her and then blink it disappeared off screen well that was the start of a screw around By Royal Vegas i was pushed aside, couldn't contact them Player Support you would explain your complaint and they would get back to you in a couple days, they don't get back to you, you have lay the complaint but they don't respond, your caught in this loop, they wouldn't let me sign in nothing, not to mention I had a few hundred bucks in there no matter, i tried everything available, they slammed the door shut, well i thought i try and sign in again this a few years later nope, they know as soon as my email shows up the screw around starts scummy operation. Tryed Gaming Commision of Ontario, did i say scummy operation, spent months a few years ago trying to get to the bottom of this, got frustrated gave up, not only did they Royally screw me on whatever I won and hide it, they stole the money i had in my account, scummy operation should be shut down, low life thieves

I would give 0 stars if I could. Complete rip-offs. I won NZD1500 which they won't pay out, my account was verified through me emailing my documents to them and then they said they needed proof of card ownership, I have sent this through six times now and their live chat advisors are claiming their "operations team have not received your proof of card ownership" funny how they received all my other documents through the same email address now all of sudden they're not receiving my emails for the last step of verification before they have to pay out. The sad thing is NZD1500 is nothing to a casino but alot to me, yet they can't even pay it out. Don't waste your money on this casino, honestly, they won't pay you anything if you win and then will ghost you through emails.
