Right up to the point of pressing the 'buy' button, I had been impressed with Chloe's help in Customer Service. The Tag Heuer Monaco at a brilliant price was shown as in stock. I paid a 30% deposit, using finance for the balance. All of a sudden, it was showing a special order with a SIX week delivery. Sending emails to three different parts of ROX immediately and before they closed for the weekend has left me in limbo as I am not prepared to wait so long and especially as it has been price matched by a large mainstream jeweller.
UPDATE. Thanks to a lady in the Leeds showroom and Laura in Newcastle, my watch will be delivered tomorrow. Nobody knows why the advice note I got showing item in stock but with mid June delivery was sent, but happily should not be sorted. Well done to the two showrooms. Thank you

No doubt one of the smoothest jewellery purchases (both online experience and resizing in store). Ring itself arrived in under 24 hours, certificated and looked beautiful. I didn’t have time to call to a Rox store. So everything was done online which can sometimes be quite challenging. But the whole process of buying the jewellery was straightforward and was made easy. 100% will be returning here.

I got a new ring from Rox, Newcastle for a very special birthday! Samantha served us and was amazing. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Went for an engagement ring yesterday and Samantha looked after me and my step parents.

She was so kind and helpful in choosing the perfect for my bride to be, they've got a very good range of stones, cuts, metals and budget which made it very flexible in choice.

Even got treated to a glass of prosecco to celebrate the occasion. Would 100% recommend

Platinum diamond engagement ring purchased in september 2022. Issues with sizing, then diamond fell out on two different occasions. Ring was then remade apparently, came back with rough claws catching on all fabrics, sent back for repair, came back again with claws still not fixed. Poor quality for a ring costing over £4000 that has spent alot of time in store being repaired than being on my finger! Ring away for repair yet again! Definitely avoid at all costs would never recommend or use again.

Our experience was made totally by Jess in the Liverpool shop. She was knowledgeable and friendly from the outset. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was delivered on time and to our satisfaction. I could not recommend Rox or Jess highly enough.
