From start to finish, Sue and her colleagues helped my partner and me design our engagement rings with incredible professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. Sue took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free.

My fiance and I entered Rox for the first time in Liverpool to see what wedding bands they had on display. And we were immediately greeted by one of the staff members, she introduced herself as Jess, and gave us quite a few options to look at, making us feel very welcomed and comfortable with complimentary drinks, and had us try different bands on to see what was best for us. She explained the payment process and we also had options for that too, as we had a budget and what payment plan we chose together was the best suited for us to manage it.
The day of collection was the most magical day, we truly had a sense of what our wedding journey felt like, all the staff that helped us and guided us through our experience had become part of our journey too.
We thanked them in return with some homemade cupcakes, as what they do their side sets a huge example of what they stand for as a company. They create special memories with their clients and with us also being a same sex couple, we felt proud of who we are, and the feeling is beyond appreciated. Thank you team Rox. Lydia & Veronica. X

Another excellent day in Rox store Argyle Arcade Glasgow today. Collected my rings from their yearly service, wanted a look at eternity rings to suit, Louie was amazing. What a credit to the store, although it was just a browse today, he was so helpful and so welcoming. Gave me different options to choose/try. Will be back to select on my anniversary. Thanks so much.

I have bought two diamond dress rings from the ROX store in Liverpool and have them to be of high quality.

The staff are lovely. They are very welcoming and go out of their way to assist.

Sarah Cullen sent me regular email updates whilst I was waiting for the rings to arrive in store in my size.

I will be purchasing more ROX products and have recommended them to my friends.

Rox have been a joy to deal with, I have purchased multiple watches and jewellery from Rox and have never had a bad experience, they have always been very welcoming to me and my family and great to deal with. Joanne is someone I have dealt with multiple times and is a great help along with all of her other colleagues.

Purchased an engagement ring from Joanne and had a great experience. I’m yet to propose but they were able to talk me through all the details regarding the ring. I particularly liked that I was able to hold the ring with a deposit for a few weeks until I was able to get in and purchase fully. I’m sure my partner will absolutely love the ring.

Amazing service from this jeweller, especially from Chloe. I purchased some earrings but took an allergic reaction. Chloe put me in touch with Chopard who were really helpful and I was offered a replacement item. No fuss, no drama they were just absolutely fantastic and top customer service. Thank you!

Excellent service. I ordered a Tag Heuer watch at 2pm on Wednesday. Watch delivered by 10:20 the following day. Chloe responded to my questions promptly. Bracelet strap adjusted to my size. Thrilled and a great price.

Stay away at all cost!

My husband bought my engagement ring in good faith that he was buying a high quality ring. One of the side diamonds had fallen out, I was devastated. Then the main diamond had fallen out. We phoned rox to explain what had happened to be told it’s because you haven’t had the ring cleaned which was so insulting as we had only had it for 2.5 years and the first side stone had fallen out after a month of having the ring.
We had a specialist look at the ring and he said the band has been made faulty and weak and this needs to go back to the company that made the ring as it was made faulty the the first place.

We took the ring back to Rox which they confirmed the band and setting will need replacing and quoted a lot of money for this to be replaced!

This is absolutely absurd that Rox can sell faulty goods and charge customers to fix just because it’s out of warranty.

Just to Note from your below unsatisfactory and insulting response, the first side stone fell out after one month. I stopped wearing the ring after the big stone fell out in 2019. So you are saying after one month of wear the stone is ok to fall out?
I have been wearing my grandmas engagement ring which is over 80 years old and never had a problem.

Plus a time limit on collection was never mentioned.
