A very recent online consultation with Wil has given me the confidence to challenge opinion with regard to the root cause of my hair loss and I now feel validated in pursuing better medical treatment.
Wil's knowledge, approach and professionalism is reassuring during consultation which is followed up with a succinct written report that you can take forward when seeking follow up medical treatment if needed.

Wil was an utter professional to deal with. He really helped me feel at easy straight away. I had an online consultation with him as I am currently on the other side of the world. He truly cared and showed compassion. Even after our consultation he has kept in contact with me to see how things are. He is extremely knowledgeable and I couldn't reccomend him enough.

A true trichology professional
I recently commissioned Wil from Root Cause to speak at a group event for women.
His knowledge around the science of hair loss and the impact of hair loss on wellbeing was exemplary. More than that, Wil has a genuine ability to empathise and offer practical, constructive advice without bamboozling you with clinical talk.
Undoubtedly Wil knows his stuff AND he can get it across in a way that resonates with people.
