Best price we found anywhere for the…
Best price we found anywhere for the bed we wanted. Simple ordering process, delivery confirmed very quickly and arrived within a couple of days and only £2.95 to deliver a bed. Delivery guys were really good too, excellent comms and friendly when they came.

ordered on 23/10/26. "Delivered by Evri"
Told by Evri on 25th that they had the parcel and would deliver on 28th. Then told there was an unexpected delay. You emailed me on 31st October to say it would take another 2-4 working days. On 1st November they claimed they still didn't have it from you. Absolute shambles and on 2nd November no update as to whether it is on its way or whether Evri have it or not

Great chairs but delivery was an issue
Great chairs, just what was required and a good price. The only (but major) downside was that delivery to the Isle of Wight was not available, which meant we had to deliver to the mainland and then arrange shipment over, adding to both time and cost. So not convenient and unsure why as most national couriers deliver daily across the Island.

My high vote is NOT for the online shopping team. They had left the batteries out of the order .The high vote is for the impressive young man in the shop who realised that the order was incomplete because the box felt too light.
