Great Panasonic radio (was not available on Amazon). Arrived quickly and just as good as advertised.

ordered on 23/10/26. "Delivered by Evri"
Told by Evri on 25th that they had the parcel and would deliver on 28th. Then told there was an unexpected delay. You emailed me on 31st October to say it would take another 2-4 working days. On 1st November they claimed they still didn't have it from you. Absolute shambles and on 2nd November no update as to whether it is on its way or whether Evri have it or not

Great chairs, just what was required and a good price. The only (but major) downside was that delivery to the Isle of Wight was not available, which meant we had to deliver to the mainland and then arrange shipment over, adding to both time and cost. So not convenient and unsure why as most national couriers deliver daily across the Island.

Staff are excellent and helpful.

My high vote is NOT for the online shopping team. They had left the batteries out of the order .The high vote is for the impressive young man in the shop who realised that the order was incomplete because the box felt too light.

Still not received the item.

Sabrina assisted us with exchanging a pair of scissors which were broken and Christmas lights. She was kind, patient and professional throughout.

Sutton store, went in on look out for Fans (going in to winter)… not in stock - probably replaced in space with heaters!
A kind lad showed me online & offered all sorted of options to make my life easier. Bought online in end. Delivered no hassle! As couldn’t test, as not seen prior to delivery. Will have to rely on previous reviews… but I’m hopeful.
Putting fan together, needed to use other tools at home to be able to assemble !

Relatively easy to find and order what I wanted. Delivery process straight forward and quick.

We were looking for a heated dryer rack, looking at reviews the Black and Decker was one of the best, we visited our local shop and had a look, we then ordered online as free delivery was offered, it arrived very quickly and has been in use straight away, it works very well.

this was to be a present but it arrived in a damaged box so not able to use and will have to send back.

Robert Dyas usually has a good selection of all the things that one might need in the house and some for the garden.
The staff are particularly helpful wirth advice.

Found what is was looking for via a Google search and ordered the product from RD. Was delivered promptly and is good quality so I'm very happy.

Website was very good to process my order. I was kept up to date with the deliver process status. I liked that as I didn't have to keep going into the account to keep checking. Whole process was pain free and fast.

I always love browsing round Robert Dyas and can usually find something good to buy. A colourful bird bath this time. Customer service always good.
