The staff are always friendly and helpful. I use Robert Dyer's all the time. One of the best store's in Bexleyheath.

Easy website to navigate. Item looks exactly as described. Sofa came in two boxes and a was worried that it won’t be what I’ve ordered, but everything was there. Instructions easy enough.
Quick and secure delivery.

Ordered a dreamland deluxe king electric blanket but as soon asi put it in my basket and was about to pay I received a message so I rang customer services again to tell them that if I didn’t receive the item quickly I would cancel the order as I suffer from Parkinson’s and feel the cold all ithe time so it was imperative that i had a new blanket as the previous one packed up and was irrepairable. There was also the question of popup cards saying that I would get 5% off my first order but when I complained to customer services no answer was forthcoming and I’m still waiting for an answer! I don’t expect one so this will be the first time and last time I deal with Robert Dyas!

Easy to navigate the website, gave me options on other like products and payment. Product was sent in good time and delivered with care.

I love this store. However on this occasion, I wanted to test a bunch of batteries which I'd bought from RD in the past. The store was busy, so they weren't too helpful (unusually) and they didn't have a battery tester - told me to buy one online - not helpful.

The parcel was delivered on time in fact it was delivered a day early and in perfect condition so no problems at all I was very happy as it was for my mother in law

I will not be using Robert Dyas again ! I ordered a sofabed and received an email saying that it will be here on the Wednesday 28th October 2026. It didn’t arrive on that date , so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a few more days and no reply or confirmation or apology where my sofa had got to.I then called head office from Robert Dyas and the lady on the phone couldn’t speak English very well , she told me that my sofa had been out of stock but I told her why didn’t I receive an email explaining that to Me! Terrible communication skills!

Kept informed from placing my order, acknowledgement of receipt and delivery dates.
Parcels well packed.
Would use Robert Dyas again.

This review is about the buying experience and delivery not the product. The communication was awful. The initial email said that delivery would be on a certain day so someone stayed in all day. I called near the end of the day as it had not turned up and the call centre lady said she would be able to find out if I called back at 6, which I did. They then said they would send an email to the supplier and would be able to tell me in 24-36 hours when delivery would be rearranged.

I found the supplier's number on the internet and called them myself and they said they had had an email from R Dyas asking when delivery would be and had replied. But R Dyas did not pass that message on. As it was, the product was then delivered the following morning and Robert Dyas finally told me later that same day that the supplier would be in touch to arrange delivery ie long after the product had been delivered. It was a mess. Much better to buy from the supplier directly I expect unless you have lots of free time to hang around waiting in in case the delivery happens to turn up. In this day and age of everything being trackable it was dreadful and wasted a huge amount of time.

Helpful friendly staff,willing to help find whatever one is looking for. Great ideas for 'secret santa' gifts. Will be back soon.
