Awfull do not use, made a order 8days ago for £30, never arrived and have not replied to multiple emails asking for a refund

I ordered a box of crisps not much of a bargain but I ordered them all the same. On arrival there was a small hole in the top which led me to count the contents and I was a bag short I’ve since tried to contact the seller but no response I would advise anyone looking to purchase anything from this company to look elsewhere they aren’t cheap nor are they customer focused to resolve problems

I ordered a box of crisps (Nik Naks scampi n Lemon) ordering was easy the price not a massive bargain but I bought them anyway. On receipt of the box there was a hole in the top which I saw straight away which made me count the contents and I was a bag short the wrapping was disturbed however there was a big tear in the middle. I emailed the company straightaway and got no response I then emailed them again the week later and still no response so whilst it was nice to find the crisps online I will not be using this company again and would tell any future possible customers to tread lightly if looking to order if it’s wrong you will get zero response.
Very disappointing

Paid extra for fast delivery, 1-2 business days. Day 3 and my package still hasn’t arrived and my emails have been ignored. This is my first time ordering from this company and it will definitely be my last!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Tried to contact them on a couple of occasions to which I’ve getting no response. Ordered 48 monsters only 24 came and tried to contact about the other 24 as they’ve been damaged in transit. Avoid this company like the plague very disappointing experience!

Shocking customer service , multiple broke cans and even missing ones
1 email response asking for pictures and then no more contact

If you plan on using this service to buy energy drinks, don't. Much better alternatives with faster deliveries and I can only assume much better customer service.

I reached out for an update on my order however I heard nothing back, all in all you get what you paid for but if you want your product fast, don't buy from here.

Purchased some drinks a week ago. I emailed and asked when they would be delivered as it was meant to be 3-5 days. No reply, just a straight refund. Bizzare.

I ordered hot chocolate to go cups, they arrived quickly, well packaged and were reasonably priced.

Absolutely brilliant prices. Their site is easy to navigate and place an order. Goods delivered in a timely manner.

Can't fault this company.
Order delivered at quick speed and never any issues.

Overall happy with the service and items I ordered being in good condition and good value. The only negative is the speed of delivery, whether this is to keep cost down or what I’m not sure but if you want a product for repeat use as I do with energy drinks, ensure you order your next batch allowing for delivery time which has been around a week or so from ordering. Otherwise no issues and will continue using thanks!

After a bad experience with another company, I was looking for a new provider for bulk buying. I found RM Foods Wholesale did the job — shipping isn’t the fastest (though in fairness, you do get a fair number of updates) and it did seem like my package had been knocked around a fair bit, but it’s with Evri so I’m not sure if that’s even within their control.

Prices are reasonable and everything seems both legit and professional. Will be purchasing again.

Decent price, delivery time was good with regular updates, no complaints about any part of the process.

Thus review centers around 2 facts. Firstly I purchased a half case of red bull in assorted flavours and got a beaten up box with dinted cans and very little packing care. Were bot talking g about the odd bang.......these puppies would bot have made it to a shelf in a shop.
Secondly the cans I received were from an offer pack and the cans display a recommended retail price which was not passed onto myself. This made them more expensive to buy using this method.
Overall I have had to re pack the cans that were salvageable and I will be complaining to rm wholefoods in due course.

I could not source a box of Ready Salted McCoys from anywhere for my son in laws xmas present.
I finally found some from Rmfoods.
He was delighted with his present.

For some reason monster orange dreamsicle unavailable in all shops around me found on this site ordered amd recieced in about a week

I have use RM foods twice & both times the delivery was on time & the items were a great price. Definitely worth it & will be using again.

Placed order paid £18 for delivery express arrived later than should of and hald order was damaged and noone emailed about this was refunded for damaged item but not for the £18 delivery
