no delivery of items and completely ignored by customer service . avoid this company

Non Delivery of Kleenex tissues, ordered via Amazon. No replies to my messages, apparently Evri claimed attempted delivery and tried to deliver. We we're in and the ring doorbell didn't see anybody.
STILL waiting for a refund!!!!

Will be reporting to my bank and police if not delivered tomorrow as order is now late.

Placed an order December 11th 2025 , with a 3-5 day delivery. Writing this on 13th January 2026, my purchase never turned up, RM foods won’t even return an email to help/talk with me, there’s no number to contact. Evri said they were expecting a parcel but never received one.
Absolute con by the looks of it and other reviews seem to be the same with a lucky few getting their orders. My order wasn’t life changing money but that’s not the point . Bank has offered to investigate and charge back the money but the whole process is a real rigmarole that I’m not sure is worth it, probs another point this scam company knows . Really poor form .

*edit - disputed the payment via my banking app and the bank had a refund back to me within 48 hrs. Was actually a really fast simple and helpful process. If your order hasn’t turned up ask your bank for help.

Company does not respond to emails when you contact them.

Cancelled an order after it had not been sent out for almost 2 weeks. A few hours AFTER I cancelled the order they sent it to Evri for delivery.

Very dishonest business practices and highly likely they aren't operating entirely legally.

EDIT: Received an email on 09.02.26 talking about their negative reviews and asking for others to leave reviews. Seems they do have access to their email which begs the question; why are they not responding to customers? A lot of the negative reviews could have been avoided if they had a shred of customer service.

Placed my first order 2 days ago. Only purchased one item (12x 8 pack onion rings) as i was sceptical. However order received today. Happy with the prompt delivery. Box was worse for wear but product was fine. Would definitely order again.

The company cannot be bothered to respond to customer enquiries via email. Evri cannot be bothered to deliver my parcel, which has been delayed since January 2nd.

After repeated delays, I requested a refund for the delivery costs, as I have clearly not received the service I paid for. Email was sent Sunday the 4th. There has been no response whatsoever. And this isn't my first order, I'm a returning customer.

Today is supposedly the third delivery attempt — I have no confidence it will happen. At this point, I expect a long battle just to receive a full refund. Shameful service.

absolute maddness i kept on ordering these on amazon evri are the delivery people never arrive or no refunt all to iffy for me i lost out yet again evri are the ones to blaim rmfoodswholesale are the ones who hire them to deliver these coffees to my house take my money and dont sent itens so all a big scam i have 2 years left to live and at this moment cant afford to buy more as ill be scamed again straitaway ,all wrong ,call pokice someone

Ordered a box of monster (x12 cans) on dec 20th, before checking the reviews.. if I had checked them I would have avoided,.. HOWEVER, my cans were delivered today by evri, so very much in time for Xmas, and a pretty short wait on it tbf, again however, the box was burst and had clearly been taped back up by evri, either a can has fell out or burst because it's 1 can short.
I don't blame evri for the condition of my order, as a DPD delivery driver I understand the process items go through before it even reaches the drivers van!

I haven't reached out to RM foods due to everyone else not being answered, I don't fancy wasting my time but I do hope they read the reviews and take them on board and do something to protect the items more during deliveries.

But all in all it's been not to bad.

They sent my order out but its been damaged and still with Evri. Got know were with Evri so sent them a message asking for help, no response. Sent email few days later still not response. This was Christmas present. No phone number, very poor customer services dont use them!!!

11 days to deliver my order. Cans of soft drinks and bags of crisps all loose in a box. Crisp packets burst and crisps everywhere. No response to my efforts to contact via email or web form

I ordered a 20 pack of red bulls and then read the reviews on here, rookie mistake!
I received an email the same day I ordered from Evri saying they were awaiting my package to arrive. That filled me with a bit of hope.
5 days go by with nothing so I emailed the company. No response but the next day, Evri let me know they had my package and it would be arriving. 2 days later, it did arrive so just over a week to arrive from ordering.
The box was a little worse for wear but the package is what I ordered and did arrive so for all the people reading the bad reviews, try not to worry… or maybe i was just lucky!

Wouldn’t even give this a one star they will not communicate with you whatsoever their delivery times are scandalous especially the shop on TikTok and when you are within your rights to ask for a refund before item is shipped they refuse

Parcel got damaged during transit and I’ve been trying to chase up for WEEKS NOW. No number for them and not responding via emails!

Ordered 1st Dec, absolutely zero tracking update, have ignored 2 emails! I will never use them again. Not worthy of 1 star. They've taken my money quick enough though. Im now going to report the matter and escalate a charge back.

Ordered four packs of Hell energy drinks, and didnt receive them all. They wont reply to their emails and sort it out.

I placed an order of 2 X 12 cans of energy drinks from RM foods wholesale two weeks ago, money was taken and order was sent out to EVRI within 5 days. Have waited two weeks now as the EVRI tracking reference just says we cannot deliver today. Have asked for reimbursement or date of delivery of the energy cans but have had no reply. Would not order from this company again.

I had order 2 cases of drink, order was accepted and money paid, waited for over a week before emailing the company, just inquiring when parcel would be delivered.
They did not respond, waited another 5 days and attempted again asking them to deliver the goods by that friday or give me a full refund
Again I had no response.

Terrible customer service, avoid using this comapny

No goods delivered no communication from the company even although I've sent about 5 emails

Be aware of ordering from this company. I have not received my order and they have not answered my messages .

Will have to go to my bank to see if they can get my money back
