No probs from ordering to delivery,package arrived no damage and as described

Paid the extra for monster didn’t arrive for weeks, no responses to emails or contacts ignored everything.
Shambles and they don’t try and put things right or seem to care. Avoid

I ordered a 24 pack of monster energy on 31/8/26 and paid extra for express shipping (£5 and 1-2 business days as stated on their website). It is now the 7/9/26 and I have still not received my order. I have contacted them via email about an update on where my order is, and stating my concern of paying 1-2 business day delivery and still not having my order. I have not received any response from them, and am still yet to receive my order. Poor service, stay well away.

Been waiting for my order for over two weeks sent emails with no response back how do I get my refund

I really wish I had checked this Trustpilot page before placing my order with RM Foods Wholesale.

I placed my order on 18 August and paid extra for express delivery. It was shipped on 19 August and handed over to Evri, but the parcel then went missing in their network.

Since then, I have contacted RM Foods Wholesale twice by email and also used the “send us a message” form on their own website. I have received no response at all.

I understand that a courier losing a parcel can happen, but what is unacceptable is the complete lack of customer service from the company I actually placed the order with and paid. I paid extra specifically for express delivery, yet I am still without my order and cannot even get a reply.

order was damaged 13 cans missing and i have had no reply from my emails its been 2 weeks now.

Ordered two pick & mix Monster and Red Bull packs over a month ago, was given a tracking number but it had zero updates for weeks. Eventually reached out and asked for an update on what was going on with my order, but I just received a flat refund and no additional information.

Better than just being ignored and I'm glad I at least got my money back, but such a waste of time and it was frustrating how they didn't even provide a reason why my order wasn't fulfilled. Not going to ever bother with trying to order from them again, especially given the other bad reviews they've been getting recently. Shame because it seemed like it used to be a good place to buy from a while ago. Only giving an extra star because I did get a full refund.

Wouldn’t even bother. I’ve been trying to get in touch since last week about my order that’s currently still sitting at their Evri depot. Evri have informed me it’s damaged and RM will not respond let alone replace or refund

I placed an order over a week ago and nothing has been shipped. There have been no updates, no communication, and no confirmation that my order is even being processed. At this point it feels like a scam because the company takes payment immediately but provides no follow‑through.

Reliable businesses keep customers informed, provide realistic timelines, and respond when things go wrong. This company did none of that. I would strongly recommend improving transparency, communication, and basic order fulfilment before taking more customer payments.

Shockingly bad. Supposedly dispatched a week ago, but said it was still with supplier and evri had not received. Tried to contact many times but no response.

I've been using this company for a number of months now I placed a order with them on the 2nd of July paid express delivery item was sent out then on the 4th evri said problem with my parcel so I've sent the company 8 emails so far and had no response at all it's now the 9th of July and still not received the goods I paid for

Placed a order for catfood, which was delivered to a unknown address. Emailed twice, still no response for resolution! Double checked the delivery address I'd entered which was correct in the original order confirmation.
Where is the customer communication?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolutely scam and probably illegal. This company should not be allowed to trade. Will be reporting to trading standards and ombudsman.

Wish I’d read reviews before letting them steal my money.

The order was never even given to the delivery service. I've reached out through the website and through email and been ignored, so I've now been given a refund through PayPal as I have proof they didn't both to send it or reply. Seems like they hope people won't bother getting their refunds so they can keep the money without doing anything. They can't blame Evri when Evri never even received it.

this site isn't what is seems ,bank statements with the phone number/ address aren't Rm foods but a completely different company that has no connection with Rm foods ,a phone number in the bank statement is a cash and carry in Leicester that doesn't even sell the items .... they only deal with catering companies ,wp grocery is the name appearing on bank statements
the address in the bank statement isn't the owners but some random person that has no connection with Rm foods. i mailed them details to let them know their address is being used by a fake company
currently dealing with the police and reported to the government tax evasion
having to get a refund through the bank so be careful with using your bank or google pay as you might have issues trying to receive a refund ,the evidence i presented the bank helped me deal with possible refunds

I have been ordering from RM Foods for a few months, 3 x 12 cans of drinks that cost just under £100 once a month. A couple of times only 2 x crates have been sent out I’ve emailed and they have eventually sent the remaining one. Last month one was missing again, evri were no help and I have emailed RM Foods 5+ times with no response over the last month and a half. Won’t be using them again. No customer service at all.

ordered goods and they never arrived, had to go to my bank to request a refund as this company does not reply to emails and that is the only way of contacting them, absolutely no customer service, do not waste your time with these

Just shocking communication there is no one that will get back to you especially when an order has been made and the delivery has been lost in transit. Delivery losing it also but at least they can get back to me about that and is still on going. I paid express with no goods and email doesnt work at all. So anyone wanting to buy i wouldnt no answer on refund or even acknowledging one of their customers cant get goods that where paid! When you look online there is a number but I wouldnt even chance it as its looking like a scam. Until someone from the company can get back to me thats what I am taking it as a big scam.
