RiverHomes Anmeldelser

I was a landlord but now live in my property. Both Annabel and Sara Day provided a very professional and helpful service to me. They were always on hand to answer all my queries throughout all the years they worked for me and managed my property. I would highly 100% recommend RiverHomes to all perspective landlords.

Very helpful and attentive management team of Riverhomes! A special thank you to Annabel and Sara for your excellent service throughout our tenancy.

Caroline was fantastic, great service and professional throughout thank you 😊

River Homes provided an excellent, professional and personal service throughout the whole transaction eptiomised by Caroline Davidson who couldn't have been more helpful. I would have no hesitation recommending Caroline especially, as she was my main point of contact and nothing seemed too much trouble. Caroline together with Nick, both ensured the transaction went as smoothly as possible, not always an easy feat; many thanks to you both.

We’ve been using River Homes for at least the past 6 years and I can not fault them. The team have been exceptional - very attentive and proactive. Special mention to Caroline, Ines, Leanne and Annabel - who have been so brilliant to work with and have always taken the time to keep us informed.

Very professional. Always approachable and make an effort to keep us updated. Have been using their services for a number of years and not had difficulties finding tennants.

We just completed on our purchase and received an excellent service throughout from Caroline at RiverHomes in Putney. We were kept well informed at all times which made the whole process as seamless as it can be and whenever there were any obstacles, Caroline’s tenacity and chasing helped push things over the finish line. We were very happy with the overall service - thank you RiverHomes and especially Caroline!

I couldn't have asked for more with River Homes selling my flat in Hampton Wick. Simon was a really great agent and always had my genuine best interests at the forefront throughout the process. He was not only an agent, but also an advisor, both in selling my property and even helping me with advice on the property I went on to purchase. His patience, understanding and compassion definitely made him and River Homes stand out over any previous estate agent I've sold with.

Sales at River Homes, Putney, provided us with a first class service. The professionalism and dedication of Nicholas and Caroline were evident throughout the transaction, and we would warmly recommend them to other sellers. Ann-Marie & Richard.

Excellent service from Riverhomes, with a special thanks to Caroline and Ines who were so helpful from the time we viewed the apartment right through the entire process to moving in. We’re delighted with the quality of communication and the service.

Excellent team, thanks to whom we managed to complete pretty much stress free and a lot quicker than we expected. Special thanks to Caroline D. for convincing the sellers to choose us over another offer they had, recommending solicitors that proved to be excellent (we were hesitant to use them at first, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions) and chasing where appropriate to help us get over the line as quickly as possible. Her experience and responsiveness from start to finish made a big difference.

Caroline Davidson, Senior Consultant, provided the BEST experience I could possibly imagine with an estate agency recently when helping my son to find a flat. He was working two jobs with little time to do other than an internet search which left me to do the leg work. Having looked at 27 flats, losing out on 4 to higher bids, we were hugely frustrated. Then along came an opportunity at Nine Elms which Caroline managed so brilliantly. We looked, we offered and we signed in what was surely less than 5 working days all due to Caroline’s efficiency. She is professionalism personified. In fact the entire office on Lower Richmond Rd provided every detail we could need. If only I had gone to her first! I will surely recommend Caroline to my friends and will certainly ring her in future if required.

Caroline provided an excellent and efficient service helping to secure a wonderful flat. I struggled for months in the search of suitable accommodation in what is an unprecedented time of competition for flats in London.

On first contact with Caroline the whole process from viewing, to agreeing rental terms took less then 48 hours. She was always available via email or call for any queries.

There were difficulties with unexpected liabilities and a lack of transparency of vendor's information. Nick & Tom were professional, proactive and helped resolve issues.
Hadn't realised the potential value add of a good Estate Agent

It is without hesitation I recommend Tamir and Phillip at RiverHomes. The service for both a purchase and rental was exceptional. Both are clearly experts in their field and possess a vast knowledge of the local area.

Simon Waller couldn’t do enough for us. Always professional and a wealth of knowledge of the area. He has helped us through the move, making it as stress free as possible! Highly recommend!

Excellent team that balanced the relationship between tenant and landlord very well. Good communication and a satisfactory handling of documents etc. Always did their best for us and having left Riverhomes, 6 months later they were still chasing old monies owed for me. Excellent property management company.

It was a pleasure to receive help from Isabella,
Thanks and kind regards,
