Martin & Co Westbury Anmeldelser

Selling your property can seem like a daunting task, but not with Martin and co. Professional, efficient and friendly with a cheerful, extremely helpful attitude makes life a heck of a lot easier.
Thanks again to the team.

Would just like to leave a kind thanks from me and my partner to Lydia Bishop at Martin & Co. She has helped us more than anyone else to find a house to rent, it’s a highly competitive market and we are grateful that Lydia has accompanied us throughout. Many thanks she deserves recognition.

Have had a great experience with Martin & Co as first time buyers looking at properties. They have been very accommodating in showing us a range of properties and arranging a second viewing on our favourite. Kerri, the agent, has been fantastic. She has been very knowledgeable about the properties and areas we have viewed and in general a big help at this stage of our buying journey.

We’re currently working with Kerri as our property consultant, and so far we’ve had a really positive experience. She is friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Kerri keeps us updated, answers our questions clearly, and makes the whole process feel much less stressful.
She is approachable, responsive, and genuinely seems to care about helping us find the right property. We really appreciate all her support so far and would definitely recommend Kerri to anyone looking for a helpful and professional property consultant.

Great experience today with Kiri on a house viewing. Very friendly, relaxed and helpful interaction, would recommend her to anyone looking to move in!

I work with Martin & Co as one of their contractors and have had most contact with Frankie, she is extremely helpful and friendly, however this is likewise for all of the team whenever I’ve had any queries or issues.
They are a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend.

I was contacted promptly after submitting a viewing request for two properties. I met the lovely Kerry at both of them; she was friendly, put me at ease, and answered all my questions well. She also put me in touch with a helpful mortgage advisor they partner with. Both properties are beautiful but I have more to see before I can make such a big decision for first home. Thank you!

The team at Martin and co have been very helpful and responsive during our search for a property in the area. Kerri has shown us round a few properties and has been very personable and informative about the properties and local area.

We recently purchased a house through Martin & Co, who were excellent from start to finish. After the sale was complete, we needed some information from the previous owner and reached out to them again. A big shoutout to Kieran for being so efficient and managing to get the information to us almost immediately! Thank you, Kieran 👍🏻

Such a great team, lovely people so helpful, friendly and made us feel we were in very safe hands.
My first experience of selling a home, Luke was empathetic and supportive during the initial valuation, Louisa was lovely to chat to about the house and took super photos and a lovely write up. Kieran kept us informed during the offer stage and negotiated a fair price for us. Fabulous communication and professionalism throughout, thank you so much.

The team were always helpful and responsive. Kieran in particular was a great communicator and his friendly updates and advice were instrumental in keeping us on track. Excellent!

Amazing team at this estate agent. Shown a property with Kerri today and what a lovely and friendly lady. Very helpful with all questions

Kerri was incredibly friendly and answered all questions well

Listed my property with Martin and Co and had nothing but amazing service from them, all the staff are very friendly, whether on the phone or face to face.
Personal shout to Kieran who I mainly dealt with, such a friendly and professional person.

Second time using Martin and Co for both buying and selling. Great service, professional and courteous as always.

It is with great pleasure that we decided to rent through Martin & Co Westbury! From the viewing appointment with Mark and communication by emails with Lydia Heather and Mark for the whole process we can definitely recommend your services to anyone that is looking for professionalism, effectiveness, thorough and accurate communication as well as kind and friendly approach when corresponding with you. The usual experience when dealing with estate agents is not very positive as most of the people in this profession are after numbers and deadlines no matter if it’s renting or selling properties and nothing about care and consideration about needs and requirements. However, Martin & Co Westbury had shown to us how estate agents can be helpful, trusted and reliable in a professional manner that promotes clear, transparent and understanding communication. Thank you for all your assistance and time since our viewing experience to the start of our tenancy through your office. Fotios - Chrysa.

I had a great experience with Kerri and happily gave her a 5‑star review. She was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process feel easy from the start. They showed us around two houses and were just genuinely helpful and informative. Their warm approach and clear communication made a real difference, and I felt well looked after throughout. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional estate agent.

I saw lots of houses with Kerri Gunnings and she was relaxed and chatty. I didn't feel pressured, but she was able to help me chat through the pros and cons, she adapted the times to work for me and made the process easy.

We’ve had a really positive experience with Martin & Co from the initial valuation through to getting our property on the market. Tanya and the team have been professional, responsive and clearly very knowledgeable about the local market.

The whole process has been handled smoothly and efficiently, from advice on pricing strategy through to photography, marketing and communication throughout. Nothing has felt rushed, and we’ve felt well informed at every stage.

We also appreciated the flexibility and willingness to work with us on the finer details, which gave us confidence that we were in good hands.

Overall, a great service so far and we’d highly recommend Martin & Co to anyone looking to sell their property.

Friendly and efficient service
