RiverHomes Anmeldelser

We have been through a protracted negotiation on a property, delayed entirely by HMRC’s Probate Office. For various reasons we did not ultimately complete the transaction. However, from start to finish, Caroline has been absolutely superb. Endlessly patient with both parties, highly efficient, charming and always willing to attend the property. We also dealt with Nick and we would not hesitate to recommend River Homes.

We had an excellent experience with Riverhomes. Caroline and Ines were extremely helpful, responsive and constantly kept us informed about all updates and details. I highly recommend.

Caroline is very responsive with all our inquiries. Very helpful even after moving in to the property. Best agent and agency we’ve had so far. Caroline and Ines made sure to do everything in a timely manner. They took care of everything even the registration to council and electricity 👌we literally just had to move in to the property. Very impressive.

I had very specific requirements' for both the boat and the marina I wanted. Caroline at River Homes delivered on all the brief and was just the right person to do it in a professional and efficient manner.

This is a company that goes the extra mile to look after the client during the sales process. In addition to the usual estate agent services I must mention the way the the agent dealing with my sales, Tamir, took care of the property during viewings. For a single woman living on her own it is so important to have trust in the agent.

RiverHomes provided an exceptional rental experience with their professionalism, streamlined processes, and exceptional customer service. Team members Isabella and Ines were standout, delivering personalized service and making the rental process seamless and stress-free. We highly recommend RiverHomes for anyone seeking a hassle-free house rental journey.

River Homes are a great Estate Agent from both a rental and sales perspective. Having worked with them for many years I can highly recommend them.

We just recently purchased our home through Caroline and Nick at River Homes. Throughout the process they were very helpful and professional, very accommodating. Highly recommend to work with them again.

Sue and Anya were brilliant all the way through our lettings journey. They kept us up to date and made everything really easy from first viewing to move in. Genuinely a pleasure to deal with

Highly recommend Riverhomes properties. Thanks to Tamir, Anya & others who helped us with the process.

We had a very positive experience with River Home renting a house. First of all, Sue helped us find the lovely property, and effectively negotiated a flexible tenancy with the landlord for us. During the tenancy, Sara & Annabel were very kind and professional and helped us sort out any issues. Finally, at the end of the rental agreement, Sue & Tamir assisted us with paperwork & logistics. What is different from the other agencies we dealt with is their personal approach - they took into account our specific needs while supporting us in a friendly and professional way. A highly recommended agency!

My purchase experience with RiverHomes was absolutely exceptional. From day one Simon was extremely helpful and accommodating. Very clear communication and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. Through a relatively long and complicated chain, he was always very transparent and always on top of it all.

Overall a fantastic experience with Simon and RiverHomes.

Buying property in the UK could be hectic at times. Tamir and Philip from River Homes had taken care of all the hassles and make it stressless especially for first time home owner. Highly recommended.

We were on a tight schedule with not very responsive solicitors, luckily Tamir always helped checking with the searches and inquiries progress and update us promptly.

We had arranged some surveying inspections and contractors for on site measurements before moving in, Tamir was always very accommodating with our requests and liaised with the seller and current tenant. Without his help, we would not be able to have everything ready in the first week of completion.

Simon from River Homes has been a rock throughout the whole process of selling our house. Excellent advice whenever we needed it, always available to answer questions and keep us in the loop. Frank, honest and very hardworking. I would highly recommend.
