I ordered deck from them as a birthday present. After not receviend order and not hve any contact with them I reached out and was informed only then I can have deck with at least 1 week delay.

I ordered the incorrect part by mistake for my boys bday, spoke to customer services on live chat and they sent out correct part next day delivery.

i placed an order on the 11th septemeber which got lost in the post , contacted james numerous times via email to explain and get updates etc , was told he would get a replacement sent - now the 01 oct and still waiting and just had an update to say that evri has the new parcel so hopefully should have it next couple of days . I understand these things happen and its mostly the courier at fault here but i know i could post something today to ripped knees and they would get it tomorrow or the next day -- so far very un happy

Made an order for a couple of scooters and sent a follow up email with a query. Unfortunately there has been no reply nearly a month later and I have been unable to get through on their phone line on a number of occasions, with the calls going to a full mailbox. Whilst prices are competitive, unfortunately their customer service has been lacking.

Amazing customer service from James ,I raised an issue regarding delivery charges & he was more than happy to rectify with a speedy, friendly response. Also pointing out a we'd missed a wheel off our order so we didnt go without he organised for it to be added on. So I have one happy little boy!

Highly recommend, super quick delivery and really helpful as I needed to exchange gloves for a smaller pair. Thank you for the stickers too, you have made a little boys day

The price of the stunt scooter was extremely competitive, especially as I’d had my eye on this one for my son for some time.
When placing the order, I accidentally selected collection rather than delivery, not ideal when I live over 100 miles away. I emailed to explain my mistake and was planning to call as soon as they opened the next morning. I didn’t need to. I received a reply first thing in the morning confirming that they had already amended the order and were packaging the scooter ready for delivery.
Fantastic customer service, quick response and a great price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them.

I wouldn't go as far as saying, "Avoid this place" or calling them cowboys as other have, bevause I have ordered a few times... its just been VERY hit and miss.
I ordered some wheels 25/6/25 which arrived in great time, no problem.

I ordered a deck on the 22/10/25 that took until 26th Nov '25 to arrive, despite me paying for Royal Mail Tracked24. I was told that the delivery time meant from the day it left the warehouse, which I was pretty sure was incorrect, but I grinned and bared it. Then their page showed it as being Dispatched, On its way and Delivered all on the 26th November. However, Royal Mail showed it had been dispatched to them on 21st November '25, despite my order being placed and paid for on 22nd October '25. So this showed they just outright lied and took the mick a bit. The deck came well in time for Christmas though, so I moved on and left it.

22/5/26 I ordered what I thought was 2 wheels, but when it arrived on the 29/5/26(great time scale) I found it was only one. This was completely my mistake, so I ordered another on that same day (29th May) which arrived 4/6/26.
I didnt open this until 11/7/26 to wrap up for my sons bday the next day.
When my son opened them, it was only then he noticed that they were different sizes!
I thought this was probably my mistake, but upon checking my order, it was actually Ripped Knees who had sent me the wrong size. I messaged them straight away, and was given an apology and told a return label would be sent for me to return it and have the correct size sent.
2 weeks later, no label had arrived. I contacted them, was told I should have received the label, apologies, and and that it would be sent in the morning.
2 weeks later again, and STILL no label, I contacted them AGAIN and was apologised to and told the warehouse had been shut for 2 weeks... which seems irrelevant as I was told one would be sent twice prior to that closure.

I expressed my concern about this and about mot receiving a label at all or not receiving the correct wheel after I returned the incorrect wheel, and was just told, "I will have the return label sent to you this morning Harmony!"

So still no actual confirmation of it being sent, but also an attitude of possible annoyance by my very valid concern?

I personally will not be using them again as I expect I will not see the correct wheel or my money back now. However I had had a good experience or two as well 🤷🏻‍♀️

I live in SA and we have extremely limited skate products here, the opportunity came up to buy in the UK and have a friend bring the goods home. Buying in another country online with a deadline for delivery is very nerve wrecking. Ripped knees comms were fantastic, fulfilling the order and speedily sending it off in 2 days…made this a magic experience. Thanks ripped knees, I highly recommend them🖤🛼

Arrived at the store today without realising it doesnt operate as a public walk in. Barry was still more than welcoming, helpful,patient and engagaing with my son to make sure he got what he wanted. Despite not operating to passerbys, Barry let us still pick a scooter up for my sons birthday while we were there! I also nearly upgraded my s3 to an rs3, I quickly ran back and returned the keys i had picked up thinking they were mine ha! Sorry!

I ordered a part online and I was able to pick it up the very next day with a local shop it was very handy.Barry was so helpful with information about the scooter wheels he was a great help 🙂 also it was the best place for the best price! Great experience, reply promptly and made sure that my order was processed quickly when I asked for the product within a deadline. I didnt have any contact from the courier company which worried me but then it turned up. A* service and product, thank you!
