Delivery time not as promised
I placed on order for a dryrobe to keep me cosy for dog walking, expected delivery to be within 2 to 5 days. It finally arrived. Unfortunately , it took 10 days.
I was expecting to get it within the next 5 days at least being used to next day or 2 day deliveries from companies I deal with regularly , I never had to wait 10 days. With insight I should have used Amazon instead.

I ordered a scooter 3 days before my sons 10th birthday (mum fail lol) and I panicked it wouldnt get here in time so I chanced emailing and to my surprise they said it would be sent out next day delivery! It arrived in great time and the scooter is fantastic! I've never seen my son smile so much! Thank you so so much!

Great site loads of scooters to choose from . Ordered a new scooter for my son for Christmas as he had cracked he's stem base, handle bar at base of scooter . Ordered on the 9,12,25 arrived on the 11,12,25. Great delivery time. Scooter looks fantastic randow purple oil slick type colour. Boy loves it. Will use site again for other see kids scooters.

Terrible customer service - faulty scooter which they will sell again
The scooter I received had an issue with the back wheel. It made a catching sound when spinning, which I sent a video of and they agreed this wasn’t right but likely just needed to loosen the wheel, which I attempted but it would not budge. Several people tried. I therefore sent it back at their request. Once received the company denied there was ever a sound, even though I had video evidence, which they had previously agreed with. They also calmed the wheel would come off easily and told me I was doing it wrong. I can put an allen key in a hole and turn it. I learnt how to put a hexagon shape in a hexagon hole when I was a 1 year old - It’s not hard. Shame, as could have been dealt with professionally and I would have left a positive review. Having a fault happens but it’s how you deal with it that matters. The worrying part is they say they will sell this scooter to another customer as new, so beware, you might receive a faulty item, then have a fight on your hands to get your money back. Happy to upload my videos if Trustpilot allows.

Thanks for your review Victoria and the info you provided. Sadly is a little disheartening to read given much of the info you have supplied is not as accurate as it should. You contacted us to report a faulty scooter, advising the rear wheel was making a "clicking" noise. You sent us a video, and were advised we could not hear any noise, but that it was just the "whirling" sound of the wheel moving in motion in between the rear deck channel and spacers. This is completely normal, a smooth noise, nothing out of the ordinary. You stressed to us that you wanted to send this back, to which we happily agreed. We said we would look at this to determine if there was any issue. The scooter arrived back and i called you. I advised you that with all our experience (17 years) that i was spinning the rear wheel and there was no noise at all that we determined was an issue. You stated that you also had a problem with the rear wheel and that you couldnt get it off. You also said your next door neighbour had a go, he too couldnt get it off and thre must be a problem with it. I advised that they can come tight from factory. You told me that there was no way we could get this off without using a "machine". At this point we advised there is a technique to do it, especially if they are a little tighter and that id be able to do it. I put the phone down with you on loud speaker and immediately loosened this off. We acknowledge this was tighter than normal. You then called me a liar and said i hadnt got this off. We never advised you were doing it wrong on the phone just that with our experience, we knew how to hold the allen keys correctly when applying force once they were in the hex of the bolt. Its not hard to put it in the hole but the action of twisting and applying the correct pressure in the hole, to loosen a tight one does require knowledge, hence how we were able to remove and you couldnt. At this point on the call when we advised we couldnt see any issues at all you advised you wanted a refund to which we happily agreed. We had before you asked us to remove the bolt, advised we were going to send you our a new scooter anyway, despite us identifying there were no faults. And because of there being no issue with the item, we are happy selling a fully operational product like any other. You emailed us back the next morning after we had emailed you after the call to advise we had processed your refund. We advised on this email in the morning that we had already processed the refund immediately and you then asked how long it might be to be received. We advised this takes on average 3-5 working days between the bank and payment gateway so we dont agree that you had a "fight on your hands" to get the refund back. This is untrue and misleading.
