I have been a Rinse client for 2 years…
I have been a Rinse client for 2 years now. I use the rinse repeat service that they offer. I have been very happy with Rinse. They do a great job with my clothes. They are fast. They are consistent. Their customer service is excellent. They do a great job staying in touch with you regarding problems or issues. And they are very easy whenever I need to make a change with a pickup or a delivery. Even when changes on my end have been last minute. Rinse delivery people are always kind and communicative. My clothes always smell great. Rinse is not a cheap service--but the quality you get from Rinse is worth the higher price. I am a happy and satisfied client of Rinse--2 years going now.

Rinse is a great service
Rinse is a great service. It really saves you time energy and effort. Customer service is also exceptional. Anytime I’ve had an issue. It was resolved the same day. Also, it’s rare to have an issue.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this wash-and-fold service.
I regularly use two different laundry services and intentionally left out bags for both companies. This company picked up both bags, including one that was clearly intended for another service. When I contacted them about the mistake, they asked if I wanted them to clean the clothes anyway. I agreed, expecting the issue to be handled professionally.
Unfortunately, it took three days to get my clothes back, and when they were finally returned, they had not been washed at all. After holding my clothes for several days and failing to provide the service they agreed to perform, the company attempted to make up for it with service credit.
Service credit does not make up for the inconvenience of having my clothes tied up for days only to receive them back unwashed. The entire situation could have been handled much better from start to finish. Between the pickup mistake, the delay, and the failure to actually provide the service, this experience was extremely frustrating. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Horrible experience with AT&T…
Horrible experience with AT&T supposedly they don’t have anybody after hours. They only work when you work so you’ll have to take time off. And guess what you don’t get a choice you have to pay your bill because they’ll note that in your account.

This service is easy and convenient
This service is easy and convenient! They are communicative about when they will pick up and drop off. No hassle and laundry is always folded nicely.
The only negative is it’s a flat rate based on bag size instead of weight, so if you only have a small load it’s going to be the same price even if the bag isn’t full. Otherwise it’s great when you need it and don’t mind spending a little more.
