I love Rinse. My only criticism is that it is overpriced and they lost one of my favorite socks (just the left one). Otherwise great service.

A very good company
Always timely, clothes very well folded. And very much appreciate changes taking place July 1, based on customer comments. From my perspective, Rinse one of the few companies that ask for customer comments and actually take them into account (never expect to see everything of my dreams, just very clear Rinse listens and does what's practical.

20+days in PICU & 6 hours from home.
My daughter was at UCLA Mattel Children’s hospital for 20 days following brain surgery. We did not expect to be there for that long and did not have time to properly prepare. We are from Arizona and home is 5+ hours away. I was so very grateful for this service and for the valets who were kinds during pickup and drop off.
