Great service
Great service. They were very informative and the clothes were folded nicely and cleaned well. I would use it more if it wasn’t so expensive. We only had to use it until we got our new dryer.

San Francisco native here. All I’m saying is if you want good service just be a little bit patient. There was an adjustment time where we were trying to figure out the system as to how you pick up and then receive your clothes at delivery. Of course there’s going to be a team behind this but once you figure out how many bags of clothing you need per month and how to use the app anti-order pick up and deliveries and of course the pricing then things go pretty smooth so there’s an adjustment period and a learning curve to me. It seems like a premium service and it is who else will wash your clothes. Imagine all the time that you save to get cleaned folded clothes, I got the Service a couple of months ago for my daughter who has three children and is a single mother and I am a single guy and the leopard that it added to both of our lives was well worth the expense living in the city where most places don’t have washing machines it can get kind of tedious, dragging your clothes all over town into a laundromat so it makes a lot of sense and for my daughter of course she has tons of clothes with three children so for some people it makes a lot of sense. I would say give it a chance, but if you do be patient iron out the protocols for me I’d say is a great service.

Highly recommended
Highly recommended - I have the yearly Rinse Repeat subscription. App is easy to use and you can easily reschedule the pickup and dropoff dates that fit your needs. Clothing always comes back nicely folded / taken care of and thankfully no mishaps in the last 6 months I’ve been a Rinse customer. Customer service reps are also very prompt and helpful in case you have any questions.

I was awaiting my new washer-dryer, and it was two weeks late! I also have 4 dogs, so you can imagine that I needed help! They were there, on time and quick! Everything came back folded nicely and smelling terrific!
