Plucking up courage
I've been trying to pluck up the courage to purchase a replacement for my cassette player broken over 50 years ago. I've asked around and people couldn't believe I still had cassettes, many which had been recorded by a good friend. I needn't have worried. I was treated with respect and even interest. My visit to the shop was absolutely first class. I'm so happy with the performance of the player. Thank you Richer Sounds. Highly recommended.

Helpful staff, great selection
Helpful staff and a great selection of products. The item I initially ordered online turned out to be unsuitable, but I was able to exchange it with no fuss, and even ended up with a small discount on the replacement.

First Class
First class service from the initial point of contact to receipt of the product as described and by the store in Sheffield. Although I live in Norfolk the motivation for the purchase of a set of speakers in the clearance sale was too good to miss. Described as ex demo the product was as new and the member of staff could not have been more helpful. Will definitely be using Richer Sounds services again. Thank you
