I am very happy with the experience and Richard at Croydon Branch was very helpful he put up with me which can be quite hard at times.
The Gentleman that installed the Television was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful throughout he is one in a million.

Very helpful member of staff arranged the placement of my order. The process was simple and my product delivered well within the expected time frame. A most satisfactory transaction all round and much appreciated.

Paul is practitioner such an expert in all things TV / Tech. Was super easy process from home inspection to deciding on spec. Richer sounds are best out there.

I cannot recommend Richer Sounds highly enough, specifically Keiron and the team at the Croydon branch, who have just secured me as a customer for life.

My old LG CX recently developed panel delamination along the bottom edge, resulting in black semi-circles. I had completely forgotten about the 6yr warranty included with my original purchase until I checked and realised I still had a few months remaining. After a quick phone call, the store advised me that LG no longer supplied replacement panels for that specific model, but they immediately offered me 40% of the original value as store credit.

Given the panel issue, I decided to use the credit toward a new Sony Bravia 8 (complete with a fresh 6yr warranty!). Initially, I loved the Sony; the colours, app calibration, UI, and PS5 integration were fantastic. However, my setup includes a Philips Hue HDMI Sync Box connected to a Google Streamer and my PS5. No matter what I tried, I couldn't get the Sony to consistently output 4K UHD, 120Hz, Dolby Vision, and Atmos simultaneously without some sort of trade-off, an issue I never experienced with my old LG.

I called the store to explain the headache I was having. The staff were incredibly patient, helping me troubleshoot and even escalating the issue directly to Sony on my behalf. While I continued to test cables and tweak settings, I did a deep dive and discovered the bottleneck was due to Sony's HDMI port bandwidth limitations, and that the newest LG C5 models had fully addressed the previous overheating and delamination flaws.

I called the store back to share my findings and spoke with Keiron. He was super helpful, incredibly friendly, and didn't hesitate for a second to arrange a swapout for the new LG. Because the LG was slightly cheaper, he seamlessly refunded the price difference. No friction, no issues, no problems.

The staff here are genuinely knowledgeable, profoundly helpful, and truly care that you are completely happy with your home cinema investment. Exceptional customer service from start to finish, this is exactly why I will keep going back.

Visited the Croydon store as I was interested in finding a little more about ceiling speakers. Was served by Paul who had great knowledge and purchased.

Richard was great, good balanced advice. Asked what I wanted to get out of the system and adviced accordingly of the types of speakers to provide that. Got me an excellent package deal and prepped the speaker cables for me.

My only regret is there are not more companies like Richer sounds. Great firm, great staff and great prices

Very good products at an excellent price. I used click and collect to get my items which worked well, though DPD had a slight delay. All in all very good in store service when i went to collect.

I told your assistant the item I'd come to buy. He immediately tried upselling a similar more expensive one. I bought what I wanted, the original I'd wanted, except the item wasn't in stock so had to return 2 days later. I was happy with my second visit.
