Richer Sounds - Cambridge Anmeldelser

What a great customer services you provide. I’m so happy with the projector I have got from you.

Great experience, as it is every time. I was given the time I needed to test the amp in the demo room, and also got prompt replies to my enquiries (big thanks to the store staff for the help and for putting up with me through what I think was a pretty loud demo). Love the new Roksan Atessa.

I really appreciate the free advice that you get in the stores from the enthusiastic team

Easy to use website, chose delivery to store. Staff really polite and friendly.

Simply cannot fault this company. Dealt with them several times throughout the years and they are always the most fuss-free, easy to deal with company. The staff are always friendly, and they actually know what they are talking about. Very refreshing that they train / employ actual experts to sell their products. I’ve dealt with many many different salespeople throughout the years and Richer Sounds always come out on top.

The customer service complete with friendly and helpful advice is why I prefer to shop at the Richer Sounds - Cambridge branch.
The staff are very professional and knowledgeable so that I know any questions I have will always be answered accurately.
My most recent purchase in November was a Mitchell and Brown TV JB-24DVD1811ST and this fulfilled all my needs as a TV to wall-mount in my bedroom. As advertised, the picture quality is excellent!

I went into the Cambridge store to buy E11C in ear headphones and made my purchase. All perfectly straightforward. Thank you. I’m ready to upgrade my TV options so I sought and easily achieved a conversation on what’s the latest popular size of TV screen, options on siting, size of support table, stands etc. I’m inexperienced in this regard but was treated with respect and good humour, obviously an appropriate two way exchange on the humour. A pleasant experience in my day and I made a promise to return in the early New Year to arrange a purchase. I will be doing that and look forward to it.

The staff at the Cambridge shop were really helpful and helped me choose my new speakers. They assisted in the set up both on the phone and in the store with my turntable. Friendly and a really good service all round. Thank you.

Well informed and very helpful staff.
Quote and payment system was easy to navigate, to arrange home delivery.
Slick and stress free logistics process.

Visited on a Sunday to replace a failing TV, ideally with something with a better picture clarity. Was in and out in 20 minutes, all questions answered and with what has turned out to be a vastly improved TV for Christmas. Bravo!

Generally pleased with service , blue ray player is a Christmas present so hopefully will be well received, Young man who served us was quite helpful

Knowledgeable and informative, told me exactly what I needed to know and which product I needed and it was ordered over the phone and arrived a 2 days. Excellent service.

I bought a TV & soundbar from the Cambridge store, the service was top-notch, the people were very kind and friendly and I got the best price. Thank you!

Staff gave me informed advice from the start, so I was able to choose a turntable that suited my needs and fell within budget. Really pleased with my purchase. Looks great and sounds brilliant.

Couldn't be happier with the service from Richer Sounds' Cambridge store - from first enquiry, to advice and demo and then delivery. Friendly, professional and highly recommended.

The click and collect delivery was great. Initially I have mistyped my email address. The store staff was helpful in sorting it out.

Quality products, very knowledgeable staff, a 5 star shop, thank you Richer Sounds.
